Horrible service!!! What happened to sears? It took approximately six months of back and forth to finally get my refrigerator fixed despite us having a warranty for PEACE OF MIND!!! Our Food replacement voucher was denied because on one of the visit the technician/s ONLY defrosted the fridge and did not order any parts. After purchasing groceries again my refrigerator stopped working (the temperature inside my fridge was warmer than the temp. in my kitchen and I was denied a new refrigerator (Sears techs have to order parts more than 3 times to qualify) unless they absolutely cannot fix it. So in the meantime my family and I were forced to live without a working refrigerator for over 2 1/2 months while we waited on Sears for our repair in the height of the summer heat!!!

What a wonderful technician. He was professional, knowledgeable and was prompt. I would highly recommend this service for maintenance of all your major appliances. The only issue was the 10 day wait for a repair tech to service my refrigerator that was inoperable!
