Not going to lie, I didn’t expect much at first, but the results were actually really good. My rug had some visible wear and dull spots, and now it looks brighter and more even in color. The whole rug cleaning process felt simple and professional without being overcomplicated.

I had an Afghan hand-knotted rug cleaned and restored by this company after years of heavy use in our hallway. The rug had deep dirt buildup, fading from sunlight, and several worn spots near the center. The technicians were honest about what could realistically be improved and explained the entire rug cleaning process clearly. After about nine days, the rug returned looking much healthier and more vibrant overall. They even repaired the damaged sections so well that it’s difficult to notice where the wear originally was. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

Our Turkish rug had some tough stains, but this company’s cleaning process worked wonders. They handled it with great care, and the rug came back looking spotless.

We had some pet odor trapped in our carpet that never really went away, even after using sprays. After getting the carpets cleaned, the smell disappeared completely. The floors look brighter and feel soft, and there’s no chemical scent either. Just clean and fresh.

This is a reliable and friendly business. I have had all sorts of issues in the past with other cleaning services, but have been using Nicely Done Cleaning on a monthly basis since around March with none at all. I am not worried or stressed and have a clean house.

Update as of June 2025: I have reached out to schedule an appointment in the same manner as I am always instructed to, by contacting the business number via text message. I did so and I received the SMS notification that the message had been "Read" yet no one responded. I gave grace because it was a Friday morning and I figured by EOD or Monday I would hear back from them. I heard nothing. I texted again and I tried calling but was pushed to an answering service each time. I decided to check Yelp and Google to see if the business was still operational, it had only been about 5-6 weeks since my last cleaning but a lot can happen in that time with businesses. I saw that they were still operational so I decided to submit a request on their website and in the notes portion indicate that I had been trying to schedule an appointment via their phone service however, no one was getting back to me. I promptly received an email from the woman I normally text with informing me that they were updating their phone system but to provide my number, address, and service requested for an invoice. I was a bit confused because I am not a new client but a returning client. I indicated this in my response to the email and after 48-hours have received no response. Unfortunately, I have to remove the original rating I gave them as this is highly unprofessional. The lack of communication and the disregard for established customer outreach has tainted my experience with this company. What is the point of customer loyalty if this is how long-time customers are treated? I'm a full-time WFH-SAHM with a small toddler and senior father, having a reliable cleaning company alleviates a major burden for me - I thought this was going to be that company but due to recent events (or lack thereof) it's time to look for RELIABILITY and CONSISTENCY elsewhere.

I have been using Nicely Done Cleaning for several months now. I get a deep cleaning about every 3 weeks and they consistently deliver. I’ve had the pleasure of having Nancy, Earl and Andrew provide service. Theyre always on time and extremely friendly. I was a bit nervous because sometimes consistency in service changes over the course of time but Nicely Done has remained consistent time over time. I love that they use eco friendly supplies in my home and they are very thorough. I look forward to their services every month and would gladly refer them to anyone who asks.
