My place looked spotless and felt truly refreshed, all at a very reasonable price. This service was by the best cleaning service I've received in a long time. I'm one that has been through quite a bit of cleaning services and there's always a thing or two that I'd have to complain about however eMaids has exceeded my expectations and deserves my full 5 star rating. The staff was very friendly and took the time needed to clean every nook and cranny. The job wasn't rushed or lazily done. For reference, I received a cleaning for my 3bd 2 bath with an eat in kitchen and got the extra service for ovens and microwaves. I will definitely be returning for future service for weekly cleanings.

Response: I spoke with you regarding charging me a $65 cancellation fee when I had let you know 3 weeks prior, but you went ahead and tried to charge me. Thankfully Amex has my back. You even disputed the dispute 3 times (debbie). Like how venomous can you be?

Regarding the service? Your team threw out brand new nose hair trimmers and electric shavers. You replaced them, but like how dumb can you be? You clean the apartment, but walk through it with your outside shoes on... ugh
Best of luck, but stay away from me.
