Irene is great to work with. The new showroom looks great.

Very helpful with the items that I was look for to resolve an issue on a few projects.

Great service, great salespeople. Time was the best!!! Very helpful.

Friendly staff and they have everything for plumbing and Heating that you may need.the new fixture showroom has alot of stuff aswell

Bad business.
They really need to change their online.
It says that they are open on Saturday and no one is here .
Very bad especially when people need heat and we need parts to service the customers heating system

Best place for your plumbing supply needs! Beats Home Depot and Lowes in customer service hands down!

Was great, had to order what I needed, was no problem. The staff was great and very knowledgeable

The lady answering the phone is rude she not only lacks professionalism but home training . Find another occupation if you can’t answer a phone . Bruce should be ashamed

The interior decoration is STUNNING and every single person working there is very friendly. I always have a wonderful time when I come in here.

This company had the parts I needed to repair my Burham boiler. We tried all 4 of the local supply houses in south shore of Long Island. Blackman the biggest has no inventory anymore. When you need something call these people

Grace is the best!!! She her time to make the shopping experience wonderful. Her recommendations are spot on. I love shopping at Bruce with Grace's assistance.

My wife and I experienced exceptional sales and design suggestions by a caring and extremely knowledgeable sales person. We highly recommend Grace and after our consultation with her there is no question where we will purchase the materials and fixtures for our bathroom construction.

it's now a ferguson but the staff was amazing, prices reasonable and they had what I needed with great instructions/advice!
