It has been a nightmare for me trying to find a company that would accommodate my unpleasant situation. Which is our 2nd home that hasn't been cleaned in 3 years. I've had two Cleaning companies come to my home and refuse service due to a bit of hoarding. I am so happy I stumbled upon Nicely Done Cleaning, by far the most compassionate company. I would highly recommend !!!!

This is a reliable and friendly business. I have had all sorts of issues in the past with other cleaning services, but have been using Nicely Done Cleaning on a monthly basis since around March with none at all. I am not worried or stressed and have a clean house.

My maid Madeline was terrific! She did an amazing job and arrived on time. Madeline is currently my new maid i have her booked once a week. Would recommend highly satisfied customer!

Very prompt response time, they answered all my questions and concerns.Earl and Jaylon went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. They did such an amazing job cleaning my home, performed so well, I had them clean my business office as well. Update as of June 2025: I have reached out to schedule an appointment in the same manner as I am always instructed to, by contacting the business number via text message. I did so and I received the SMS notification that the message had been "Read" yet no one responded. I gave grace because it was a Friday morning and I figured by EOD or Monday I would hear back from them. I heard nothing. I texted again and I tried calling but was pushed to an answering service each time. I decided to check Yelp and Google to see if the business was still operational, it had only been about 5-6 weeks since my last cleaning but a lot can happen in that time with businesses. I saw that they were still operational so I decided to submit a request on their website and in the notes portion indicate that I had been trying to schedule an appointment via their phone service however, no one was getting back to me. I promptly received an email from the woman I normally text with informing me that they were updating their phone system but to provide my number, address, and service requested for an invoice. I was a bit confused because I am not a new client but a returning client. I indicated this in my response to the email and after 48-hours have received no response. Unfortunately, I have to remove the original rating I gave them as this is highly unprofessional. The lack of communication and the disregard for established customer outreach has tainted my experience with this company. What is the point of customer loyalty if this is how long-time customers are treated? I'm a full-time WFH-SAHM with a small toddler and senior father, having a reliable cleaning company alleviates a major burden for me - I thought this was going to be that company but due to recent events (or lack thereof) it's time to look for RELIABILITY and CONSISTENCY elsewhere.

I have been using Nicely Done Cleaning for several months now. I get a deep cleaning about every 3 weeks and they consistently deliver. I’ve had the pleasure of having Nancy, Earl and Andrew provide service. Theyre always on time and extremely friendly. I was a bit nervous because sometimes consistency in service changes over the course of time but Nicely Done has remained consistent time over time. I love that they use eco friendly supplies in my home and they are very thorough. I look forward to their services every month and would gladly refer them to anyone who asks.

The maid that they sent was meticulous, and my home feels brand new. She worked efficiently without compromising quality. Fair pricing for exceptional service I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Nancy you are awesome.

Nicely Done Cleaning has been working for my family for almost six months now. Very professional, wonderful job cleaning and even organizing! These cleaners are amazing. They are wonderful for a family with children. Many cleaning services want your house to be tidied already so they can just come in and do the easy parts like sweeping and mopping. Nicely Done cleaners dig into any mess with a smile- they will work on what your family needs that day, including tidying and organizing. They are incredibly trustworthy and will always hand you money or medications they find while cleaning. I've never had a problem leaving the room to work while they're here. If I could give them six stars I would.

Daphne was professional and personable. She has an excellent work ethic and cares about the services that she provides. What i really appreciated was her ability to provide services to me on short notice in preparation for my husband being released from the hospital. Daphne encourages you to let her know how the cleaning process is going as she cleans so that it meets your expectations while she oversees staff to ensure that they too are cleaning to specification. I had Daphne come in to do a deep cleaning for my studio apartment today and it went fantastic... the living room was vacuumed, polished and looking good. The kitchen area was also scrubbed, mopped and organized. The service definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Dust Away to anyone looking for cleaning done for their house!
