Four Winds Chimney

We are extremely pleased with Four Winds and their service. They installed a new fire box and worked good but was not happy with it too much. Four Winds replaced the system with a new gas insert. They went over and above to keep us satisfied. I have recommended them to several other people. Very customer service orientated company.

I used Four Winds for the first time. I talked to three different people on the phones asking about the problem I was having, all three were very helpful.

An estimator came out (Mike), my wife was here and was saying how nice he was, and mentioned everything that would need to happen. He called back and asked me if I had further questions, and had a very good phone call.

Then the crew came to do the work. These two, Kyle and Mattie were the nicest people you would want to meet. But the job they did was phenomenal.

Honestly, if I ever need this type of work done again, this is the only company I would consider, ever!

A cursory but thorough inspection revealed our fireplace and chimney would not pass safety requirements, so the tech gave us the option of forgoing the camera inspection of the flue, saving us some money. Very clearly presented our options.
