This past summer part of our 50-plus years old natural stone wall collapsed. While I am capable and knowledgeable about many building and landscaping things I had no idea how to go about repairing our stone wall but I knew who did – Benson Enterprises.

I had observed Benson Enterprises projects of all sorts in many places. I had had the opportunity to watch their technicians work skillfully and productively several times. I reached out to Benson Enterprises and within days met with Landscape Consultant Ben Casper who explained why the wall needed to be taken apart so that it could be properly rebuilt to hold up for at least decades. He also explained how the work would be done. It all made sense and within a few days I received a proposal for what I considered to be a reasonable price for the scope of the work. Ben explained that it would be several weeks before work could commence which I expected.

Shortly there after Senior Operations Manager Jason Erb visited to get a sense of the layout and the condition of the wall. As time drew nearer the Installation Division’s Operations Manager visited to get some more information. Both gentlemen patiently answered my questions and were exceptionally friendly – just like Ben.

I also had occasion to interact with Administrative Assistant Audra Mayne to better understand payment options. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly as could be.

Finally, it was project day. Technicians Alexis and Israel arrived as scheduled on a Saturday morning. Even though their English was limited and my Spanish nonexistent we communicated well. They wasted no time getting right to work. I would check in from time to time to observe their progress and to offer accommodations (water, bathroom, etc.). Just as I expected they skillfully and productively took the old wall apart skillfully setting the stones aside for reuse, confining the mess to a very narrow area that was bordered by our inground pool (which didn’t get as much as a speck of dirt or debris) and then started the arduous task of rebuilding. The rebuild involved carefully selecting the right stone for each placement – often washing the stones and sometimes changing a stone’s shape. It seemed quite like putting a puzzle together – except this puzzle needed to be level (they frequently used levels to ensure a course was level). After it was all rebuilt they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the considerable debris and everything else not only in the work area but the much larger general area, too. The rebuilt wall is absolutely stunning. I knew that Alexis and Israel would do a great job but I had no idea that it could look so good. They understood and were delighted with the well-earned compliments and appreciation that I gave them. It was very evident that they take great pride in their work.

So, now based on personal experience I am pleased to offer my very strongest referral and recommendation for Benson Enterprises. Reach out to them - you will be glad you did!

Benson did an amazing job with the wall and plant installation in the front of our home!! They worked within our budget, customized the proposal to our needs, completed the work on time, and answered all of our questions along the way. Hector and Sender did an AMAZING job building the patio for our hot tub and fire pit. They completed the enter project in three days and did a great cleanup after. Thank you for your AMAZING work! We will be using Benson in the future for outdoor projects, and strongly recommend them.

We just finished our walkway with Benson. We are really satisfied with it. Gil was really easy to communicate with and he knows exactly what we want. Didn’t design a lot we don’t need. The quote price is reasonable. The project is scheduled about 3 weeks after the contract is signed. Shawn came a day earlier to do some final measurements and arrange the material delivery. The installation is finished by Alexis and Artemio. They were very careful and nice. After the installation was finished. They also washed our whole front house even the windows. Everything is exceeding our expectations. This is our first project with Benson and we will definitely work with them more in the future.
