Tree reviews in Victor, New York

The Arborcare team did a great job removing two trees, and did so with minimal impact to our yard. Marty and the team are knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious, and their work was affordable and the price competitive with other providers. They offer alternatives to large heavy equipment to preserve your landscape. Should we need services again, we would not hesitate to call them.

Fantastic!
Marty is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!
Plant Health Care and Soil Amendments performed will hopefully keep my trees growing strong!

Job went smooth and quick. Property was left super clean. Very pleased.

Marty and his team are extremely polite and respectful. I had two tall ash trees that had unfortunately succumbed to the ash borer. My concern was taking these trees down without damaging my extensive perennial beds and other trees. It was remarkable how they climbed the trees and carefully brought each limb and trunk pieces down to the ground. They also carried out every last piece of debris off my property and were done in just under 3 hours. Amazing! I will be calling them again soon and would recommend them to anyone who cares about their property and needs someone with the talent and knowledge to manage their trees.

Professional, honest, courteous, fast work, experienced, and quality work. All in one contract, tree removal, stump grinding, clean up, soil and seeding! They were careful maneuvering around the obstacles, fell the tree with precision. With the exception of the soil with seeds, and all the sunshine... you would never know they were there! The yard is in fabulous shape! Competitively priced AND did I mention they work fast! I was impressed how fast the work was completed! Will absolutely hire again for any future needs!

Just had my large tree trimmed and dead wood removed yesterday. I would definitely recommend this company. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard after they were finished. Very nice people and very professional. I totally understand how they rate a 5 out of 5 on their posting. I give them a 5.

I had the team at ArborCare remove a gigantic beautiful willow tree that was starting to rot and posing a danger to my house. I was so impressed with these people. They worked very well together, worked very hard, and really knew what they were doing. Marty, and his family (wife and son), and the gentlemen that works with them, were all very personable. They took care to save my lawn from getting damaged in the process, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done well, and quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who has any tree problem they want solved. I also should mention, they were very reasonable in there price. Check them out.... great people!!

Excellent work!!! Marty is incredibly knowledgeable about trees, professional and trustworthy. He helped us preserve an ailing tree that we did not want to simply cut down, and he removed another tree without any damage to the lawn or remaining debris. An outstanding company, that I highly recommend to anyone. Prices were very reasonable as well. Hire them.

I am very pleased with the work done by ArborCare. Especially that the crew asked questions and followed my requests. I will call them the next time I have tree work to be done.

I was very impressed with ArborCare Tree Management. Everything went smoothly from the consultation to the finished work. They were very professional. I would recommend them for tree service and will use them again in the future.

What an awesome crew! Good thing they don’t charge extra for watching them work, but we couldn’t help it. John was like a squirrel up in the tree, and Ian and Ryan worked in unison to do the ground work. Very impressed and work definitely recommend Arbor Care. They worked nonstop. Worth every dollar!

I highly recommend ArborCare Tree for any kind of tree work. They have excellent equipment and the 3 young men who did the job were very knowledgeable. I had one minor complaint and it was taken care of the same day. Call Marty at ArborCare for a fair price and excellent work.

Marty and his team did a fantastic job removing a very tall tree right next to and partially over our house. The amount of space for them to maneuver was very limited and yet they completed the job swiftly, safely, cleanly and without a single snag. Definitely appreciate them showing up right on time. If I knew how professionally and with what ease they could remove this daunting tree, I would have asked them to do it way before. I hope we have another challenging task for you in the future. Thank you and be safe.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service from an expert team. They provided expert consultation, proactive and responsive project management, and safe, efficient, and clean work on site. Highly recommended.

this company did a very nice job with trimming my tree and cleaning up and removing all debris from the yard. The workmen and woman were very efficient and willing to do whatever I asked. i highly recommend them.

Marty and his team have done a fabulous job both at my home and my business properties. We use ArborCare for more than just tree cutting. They have done a great job shaping some trees for us over the past few years also and at providing good advice when needed.

We had a tree that had several branches with the bark falling off. I thought the tree was diseased and might need to come down. Marty diagnosed the real issue in about a minute, explained everything, answered my questions, and promptly sent an estimate via email. He and his crew showed up at scheduled time and day to perform the remedial work, completed the job in a few hours, and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied with work and communication. Marty is very friendly and easy to deal with. Would certainly use in the future.

I'm very pleased with the crews professional workmanship of removing a large old maple tree that grew real close to my neighbor fence line. They came in, did the job with no issues and cleaned up on their way out. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services

Very Impressed with this company! Very Reasonable price quote. Arrived on time. Spent 5 hours trimming my 80 yr old silver maple tree along with adding cabling to help save a massive limb that needed attention. It was a fascinating experience watching these young men working on this tree that was very tall and wide! This was a much needed and worthwhile investment that will hopefully allow my tree to live out a longer life!

Very professional. Extremely good at what they do. Easy to get ahold of. They keep you informed of services to be performed and when. Strongly recommend them for your tree services.

Our experience with ArborCare Tree Management has been nothing but positive. Moving to a new area and finding out you have multiple trees that need to come down is not something we wanted to experience but working with ArborCare made it all much easier. They removed 11 trees or more from our property. Communication was extremely fluid and from the time our project started until it was completed their office and site staff were nothing but professional. When it comes time for our next removal, I'll be calling again without hesitation. Thank you again Arbor Care!!
