Ordered a face cord of fire wood. Showed up on time. Great price. Good customer service. Would definitely use again.

Have left 2 voice mails requesting delivery of 10 face cords of wood to Palmyra. Not even the courtesy of a return call. Must be out of business.

They delivered me unseasoned firewood moisture content 32% should be 20% or below wont return the money to Heap and won't. I have reported to NYS liaison because of their agreement with NYS to be a heap vendor and made a report to the attorney General's office. I should not be cold and wouldn't be if this firewood was seasoned!

Good quality firewood, but you'll probably want to give another split to around 1/3+ of the wood you get if you plan on using it in a wood-burning stove. If you have a real hot fire going already- they may be ok, but otherwise, a good number are just too big and need an additional split.

Craft Tree & Land Clearing is a fantastic company to do business with. We own a large property in Rush with a lot of wooded area. After not being taken care of for so long, we needed to do some maintenance on the woods to get new growth going and remove some old trees that were no longer stable. We had a few estimates done and not only did Tim give us the best price, but he was very detailed about which trees to take and why based on our goals at the time. Tim and his crew were professional, got back to us quickly, did a great job and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site after he was done. Now that our goals with the property have changed and we have decided to sell, we have once again contacted Craft Tree to handle the remaining trees and we are thrilled to get to work with such a knowledgeable and professional company. I can't recommend them enough!

Highly recommend calling Tim for firewood. I called and received a call back immediately. They gave us an estimated delivery date and total facecord and were spot on with both! Even when it came to the actual delivery, they worked around our schedule and we're on time. Very nice to talk to and work with. We will call again and have sent people there since! Thank you!

Would not recommend this service at all! We got a quote for cutting down two large cherry trees whose roots were eroded by by high Lake Ontario water levels. They threatened to come down on our house. The quote was low, so we called to schedule the work. The assistant who answered the phone said about two weeks. Two weeks came and went so we called again to be told another two weeks. Two weeks later we called to inquire, left a message, and did not get a return call. Tried again two or three more times and still no returned call. They cost us 6 weeks of delay and we had to resort to engaging another tree service. Why could they just not say they bid too low and could not do the job for that amount? They failed to communicate! Very, very poor customer relations!

David was prompt in his replies, highly knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely reasonable in his quote. He did an amazing job. I'll never hesitate to use his services again, and refer his business to others! I wish we didn't wait as long as we did, to get it done. Thank you David!! 👍

Great competitive pricing! Extremely reliable and punctual. His communications were very timely. I would recommend him highly. Found out we were both in the Air Force after the work was completed. Also David had a great personalty and was very professional.

David did a fantastic job on our property. We had a handful of yew hedge stumps near the home and several stumps across the property.
