Jason answered the phone, uncommon! Jason came within the half hour! Jason charged me a very reasonable fee! All on July 4th at 8:00am!

We had an emergency oil leak in our oil tank waited for this guy to show up finally came. He started making false statements about the oil tank instead of just focusing on the leak and giving us a price on that he tries to sell me a new oil tank, which is only a couple years old. I do not recommend this company. The guy was completely screaming and yelling on the phone that I should get somebody else because I was telling him I do not want to replace the oil tank. I just want to stop the leak on the valve I do not recommend you called him this company for any kind of emergency work.

Jay and Justin were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, did the job professionally, cleaned up and made sure everything was in working order before they left. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. I will definitely use them again. Great people.

Had an emergency leak in our baseboard heater, we were literally up every two hours overnight changing out the pot so the water didn't overflow. Called Extreme Plumbing this morning as they were highly recommended by a friend, they came within the hour, discovered the issue, purchased the part and within two hours all was fixed and the pricing is very reasonable.. Highly recommend this company!!

Jason and Mike replaced the plumbing for our new kitchen, installed a toilet and vanity/sink in the bathroom, unclogged the kitchen waste line and some other work. They were professional and performed excellent work on all counts. And as a bonus, got along well with our dog :) (seriously, the last thing you want if you have a dog or any other pet is to worry that it will go crazy when plumbers or any other repairmen are working in your house). We would recommend them.

We were new to the area, and needed help with the half century old boiler that came with the home we just purchased. It wasn't working properly at all, and led to tons of other problems, especially when it came to leaks in the pipes. We went through several plumbers, and they told us the boiler was cracked, and that was the reason for the loss of water. Jayson, the head plumber at Extreme, disagreed with all the others (and there were many), explained and showed me why he disagreed, and promised to keep the boiler working until we could convert to gas, and in the end, he was proved correct and kept his word. I can't emphasize enough, when they lifted out the old boiler, and there was no crack, he literally proved about a half dozen other plumbers wrong, and from the well known names in the area too. I think the other plumbers made honest mistakes, but Jayson was right when everyone else was wrong, and he didn't follow the crowd and change his mind, which to me is integrity at its very best We converted, he installed, and he kept the old one working as long as possible and saved us a lot of money along the way. He would take care of the issues that arose at all times, and, not that he works for free, but did not charge us for the visits because he considers his word as his bond, and he promised to keep that boiler working no matter what. Going with Jayson (and his friendly family and crew) was one of the best decisions we made since coming to the area, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I moved out to Suffolk last year October and I know nothing about home oil and such. I googled and Extreme plumbing seemed reliable so I gave it chance. I must say it was the best google search I’ve done. He is fast, reliable and informative. He gave me a one year guarantee services and the times i needed him for any oil tank matter he answered fast and very professional. They answer fast, and even when Ive spoke with the reception lady I believe she is, she is very nice as well and relies the messages in a timely manner. Will definitely keep them!

Jason is so responsive. We have a business and the men’s room toilet was not flushing properly! He was there within an hour and Informed me there were paper towels flushed! Argh! He charged me a very reasonable price! A few days later both the traps in the woman’s and men’s room were backing up! It was late on a Monday PM! He arrived first thing In the AM cleared it and told me once again it was paper towels! He advised us to remove the paper towels and tissues from the bathrooms and also advised us on the best toilet tissue to use that breaks up! Extreme plumbing is reliable and honest! I switched from oil heat to propane. It was a mammoth job. Jason and his crew replaced my furnace, air handler for a 3 ton air conditioner, hot water heater (I went for a tankless system that works great). He also ran gas lines for my new gas clothes dryer, range, outdoor barbecue and to an 18kw Generac whole house generator.
The cost was very competitive. Jason and his crew did outstanding work, they came when promised and the quality of their work was first rate. I would highly recommend them.
