All reviews for Constructive Improvements

Constructive Improvements removed a chimney for me and has done a few roof repairs over the years. I was very happy with Phil's work and I enjoyed working with him. I recommend him any time a friend is thinking about general home repairs or renovations, and I keep him in mind for upcoming projects of my own.

5 stars for Phil and Constructive Improvements. My block & mortar chimney (and skylights) needed some attention after water leaked into the house following heavy rains. Chimney-centric contractors I spoke with all proposed a full rebuild of the chimney for approx. $30k. Phil came up with a more creative and economical solution to problem, saving my house while saving me $20k in the process. Over time I've had mediocre experiences with home and building contractors, but Phil and Constructive Improvements are in a class of their own and exceeded our expectations. He's on-time, professional and an extremely good communicator. We're extremely happy with the end result and it was a pleasure working with Phil. He's earned the right to be the first call I make for any future home projects, and I would certainly recommend him to my family & friends.

We've hired Constructive Improvements for multiple projects around the house. It is our first home and Phil has been generous and kind in helping us create our happy place. He and the team have some how mastered the trifecta of fast, inexpensive, and high quality! They can handle any size project and will communicate honestly and openly along the way. I have always felt comfortable having them at the house, as they are professional and respectful. Seeing his dog every once in a while is an adorable bonus! Call them - you will not regret it.

Personable, professional, and polite. Got my project done in one day, and came in under budget. Solved the problem. Very happy with this company.
