It has been 2 years now since my wife and I had our house built by Gauger and Swingly Construction, making this review unique in that time has gone by to tell more than just the initial build. If you are interested in building a house, be sure to take the time to read this. Building a home is exciting but also can be difficult and stressful. The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges to the equation for us but Dennis, Jacob and Ed made sure that stress was taken off our shoulders as much as possible. Dennis was and continues to be an incredible communicator and his experience comes through in every discussion. Dennis, Jacob and Ed’s problem solving and the ability to foresee any issues is truly impressive. Their contractors are skilled, experienced and you can tell their is a trust within the company. During our build, there was a minor detail in our pantry we didn’t expect and wanted different. Without hesitation, Dennis and the contractor changed it to our liking without question or judgement. These guys truly care about the people they are working for. Combine that with their skill and experience in everything they do, it’s clear why Gauger and Swingly Construction is the best around. Our relationship goes beyond the initial build. They have made it clear they are one call away if we have any issues or concerns.
