Ray was professional and thoroughly explained the process. I was able to view progress of the cleaning as it was as happening. The work was completely in a reasonable time frame and my house smells fantastic.

We have had our system cleaned previously by another company and you would never know it. Ray showed us each time he discovered filth, construction debris, pieces of insulation, etc.
When we want the cleaning done again we will definitely call them again.

Our ducts were filthy and my indoor allergies had been worsening for the three years since we purchased our home. Ray cleaned out the duct work, sanitized everything, and handled all my questions. This was a great value, and no exaggeration, it's only been about an hour since he left...and I can breathe deeply without sneezing for the first time all day!

Highly recommend this company. As a new owner of an older house which had never been serviced, I appreciated Ray's clear and patient explanation of every aspect of the service. He provided before and after photos as the job progressed. Reasonable and highly qualifired.

Ray was punctual and professional. He not only cleaned the ducts thoroughly, he explained the process, as well. He took “before” and “after” photos of the ducts. He was courteous and cleaned up after all the work was completed. I would definitely work with this company again.

Ray, the technician who performed the work, was timely, thorough, and very professional. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all phases of the work, both before and during the cleaning. Work included cleaning all the duct work for a 2900 s.f. house using a powerful vacuum in the basement, connected to the main lines, and an air hose with an agitator head to scrape and blow out dust and debris from the vent ducts and main lines. Sample photos of some of the ducts were taken and shown before, during, and after the cleaning. A disinfectant was injected into the duct system at the end. All holes were satisfactorily plugged. The price for the duct cleaning was reasonable, however, the cost for the disinfectant was a bit high. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. I recommend this company for cleaning your air ducts.

I had air ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Ray. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. He walked me through the process found areas in the system that were missed by a previous company. I also had a Humidex installed in the basement. Odors and dehumidifier are gone! It was well worth the investment!
