The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and was helpful recommending furnace filters and Aprilaire filters. A little pricey but I felt was well worth it. My furnace vents were filthy-I had no idea! YUCK! They are now very clean and totally clear. I highly recommend this company.

Just had a very thorough and professional cleaning of ductwork by Ray, out of Webster office. He fully explained the process and showed me pictures of the before and after, as he worked through all the lines. They were pretty bad, lol. I feel much better and like i can breathe more cleanly in my own home. Great service, very personable technician.

Ray called and came on time. He explained everything about the duct cleaning process before working and answered any question we had. After speaking with Ray for a few minutes you realized he knew what he was talking about. He was neat, respectful, thorough and had great integrity. He was a joy to work with. He also showed us before and after photos of the ducts. Can't say enough about working with this company.

We had our air ducts cleaned & sanitized last week and they did a great job! They were very professional and thorough. About a week later we had a leak coming from our furnace and called them they came back free of charge and resolved the issue although it was totally unrelated to their service! Ray was extremely knowledgeable & professional with great customer service! Will definitely use again & recommend to others!

I have only good things to say about quality air specialist. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the whole system to me. I was able to see the before and after pictures of my ducts. He did an outstanding job. He cleaned up everything afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We called to schedule a duct clean out during their sale. The supervisor came out to our appointment to clean our vents. We are new homeowners and it was very important to us purchasing a lovely older home to have our ducts cleaned out before we moved in. We honestly cannot recommend Quality Air Specialists enough. Ray did an amazing job, extremely thorough he walked us through our furnace system to find ways we can save on our energy bill as well. We opted for the sanitizer treatment and were very impressed with the immediate difference in the quality of our air and the immediate difference in the musty old house smell that went away almost instantly. Ray was there for an entire day working without cutting any corners or rushing through the job, he took his time and explained what he was doing and was able to show us via camera what our vents looked like before and after, it was very eye opening. We are very thankful we found this company and had the pleasure of meeting Ray and having him complete our vent clean out. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned, it is definitely worth the cost.

QAS was great! Ray showed us pictures along the way and spent most of the day cleaning ducts that clearly had never been serviced. The after pics were amazing! Ray agreed to come out with short notice and was very thorough and courteous!

Our ducts are sparkling clean! Ray was even kind to our pets! He was very meticulous in making sure every vent and return was properly cleaned and sanitized. Ray, from Quality Air Specialists arrived at my home at 11:15 am. He assessed the house and gave me a price based on the number of registers and length of major trunk lines in the basement. He did not leave until about 10:00 pm and worked almost constantly. The quote was a bit higher than I anticipated, but I have a son on oxygen 24X7 and the house was built in 1909 and I don't think the ducts have ever been cleaned. (I have lived in the house almost 40 years.) By around 7:00pm the air in the house smelled better, it was easier to breath (I also have COPD), and the air even looked clearer. I look forward to seeing how much cleaner air in the house will help my family.

Quality Air Specialists did a great job cleaning out all my duct work. He spent 6 hours doing an excellent job. He was respectful of my time and house as he worked. I have not been blowing my nose as I used to before he cleaned out the duct work. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Quality Air Specialists clean our ducts recently. Our home was built in the 1950's and the system had never been cleaned. Ray came to our house and explained how he would clean our ductwork. The day Ray arrived he began to open up our system, explaining each step as he worked through the job. We are very happy with Ray. Ray showed me each duct before and after he cleaned them. The price we paid is less than other duct cleaning companies. We would highly recommend Quality Air Specialists to clean your ductwork in your home. Ray is a professional that takes his work personally.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable! They did an amazing job! They took before and after pictures and videos to show what the vents looked like before and after cleaning. I can’t believe how dirty they were. They looked spotless upon completion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their system cleaned!

Ray N. is a terrific technician! He always explains how things work to make my house work more efficiently. And he gives me tips about filters and how to set the ducts to maximize heat transfer. He does a thorough job. He's the best.

They did an excellent job on my ducks thorough I was by Ray the whole time when he was doing it, I got an excellent education he showed me before and after pictures wow what a difference. I will definitely have him come out again in probably 4 years I'd highly recommend this company. Last company I had ripped us off didn't even do anything. This company absolutely wonderful
