Kitchen Remodeler reviews in Webster, New York

Rochester Flooring did an amazing job replacing our existing hardwood and carpet on our first floor. We could not be happier with the results and the quality of the work. Jason and his team were great to work with from the initial consultation to the finished project. Highly recommend Rochester Flooring!

I was fortunate enough to have Jason install my kitchen floor about 12 years ago when he was first starting out. He is still just as friendly, courteous and helpful as he was then. He gave me a great price and was very helpful when picking out samples. I keep getting so many compliments on the floor. It really is beautiful! His team (which were outstanding) also painted my room for me (BIG thanks goes out to Dave) to give it a fresh, new look. Everyone was kind and took pride in their work and made sure there was no mess when the job was completed. I am extremely happy with Rochester Flooring and with Jason and his team. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know.

Rochester flooring did an amazing job on a large flooring job we had done! Jason was always quick to respond when communicating and answered all my questions ! The workers (two Dave’s ) were great! They were very professional, kind and friendly with my family (2 young kids and a dog!) Thank you for your excellent work! I would definitely use this company again for future jobs and highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking to do some remodeling to our home. We called around to many different places trying to get quotes. A friend of mine said they used Calder homes and said I should give them a try so I reached out and right away, I could tell that they took pride in their work and came out and gave me a quote right away. Les Bernard gave me a more than fair quote and they were able to start the work right away. I will always choose caulker homes when I’m looking to have any work done to my home.

Working with Jason for our home remodeling was a joy. From my first contact with him and throughout the job, he was quick to reply and kept us apprised of schedules, when to expect arrival of his crew members, and how long each phase of the remodeling would take. His crew painted our kitchen cupboards, painted our ceilings as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways. Then the flooring crew installed LVP throughout our entire house. A special shout out to Bill and Mike who did exceptional work in painting our kitchen cupboards. Their attention to detail and professionalism went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish I have not dealt with a more professional and respectful contractor. Price for basement remodel was fair. Quality of work and attention to detail outstanding. Jason, his project manager Jeff and their entire crew were always on-time, were respectful to us and our home and the worksite was left spotless after each work day on a three week project. The finished remodel was everything we expected and more. Can't recommend highly enough. (And I found them by accident --saw one of their panel trucks around town and wrote down the phone number.) Will definitely using them for future home projects.

Jason and crew worked on our house on several projects: they re-finished our hardwood floors throughout the house, did our bathroom, did electrical work, replaced our AC and more.
Our experience was positive. Jason is great at communicating, staying on top of things. Our projects required extra paperwork and Jason completed all those too in a timely manner.
As with any reno work there are always hiccups, but Jason took care of all of the issues as they came along.
All of his crew and subcontractors he works with were professional, respectful, they left the place clean after they were done.
If you are looking for quality professional work, I highly recommend Jason and his crew.

Great company. My home looks so good with this new carpet. Customer service was wonderful.

Someone in a Calder Homes truck decided to leave their truck in a place that completely blocked our driveway and our neighbor’s garage overnight; right in the middle of the street. If this is how little their employees care about others, I can’t imagine the business is any better.

On Christmas Day during a flash freeze, my pipe burst in my downstairs bathroom. after I got my insurance all set up. I called many companies to look at the remodel Calder homes had a really good vibe. I called Calder home to set up an appointment to start a remodel. I was given a rundown on exactly what was supposed to be done the days it was going to be done and how long it took when it came right down to the installation of everything. Jeremy was my tile installer. I have never seen a person like Jeremy be so precise in his work professionalism attitude. Jeremy deserves a five star rating. The painters came in twice, and I’ve never seen painting done so professionally and perfect. I don’t remember my painters name, but their again deserves five stars. All the contractors that work under Calder homes deserve five stars. The price of the renovation was very reasonable for this company. Deserves five stars thank you Jason Calder I would definitely recommend Calder homes for renovations. In the future, if I need more renovations on Calder homes will be my contractors.

We have used Calder Homes to complete many different projects from carpentry to plumbing to windows, doors and flooring… They have been a joy to work with even when there’s issues… The issues were dealt with quickly and with a reasonableness that filters down through the whole company… Very thankful they partnered with us on these projects. We have used them both on commercial and residential projects with the same positive results. We appreciate the commitment to excellence!

Fair warning. Never hire Calder Homes Remodeling for any home repairs. While addressing an issue that came up while the work was being done the contractor said they made a mistake. Instead of resolving the issue Jason Calder simply quit and walked away. While we understand there will always be delays and hiccups with any home improvement, the contractor left us with a bathroom that is not usable, not even a toilet. We are left with a huge mess!

Jason and his crew really knocked it out of the park on a porch rebuild we hired them to do. Communication was 10/10 and they even replaced some broken siding that was not in the job scope to make the area look better. It shows that punctuality and communication is important to them through their willingness to keep us in the loop and informed through the whole process start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I had Jason Calders guys do my new roof for me ! Corey and Drew they were extremely fast and polite. They got my leaky roof all redone with metal roofing and I haven’t had any water issues since! They got the job done quickly and professionally ! I Would recommend asking for thease two gentlemen.5 plus stars .very pleased!!!

Calder Homes recently completed four home improvement jobs for our family: two partial bathroom remodels, the build of an outdoor pergola, and the additional of closet doors. All projects were quoted quickly, scheduled within a week of confirming the quote, and completed with professionalism. We enjyoed the team who came to work at the home - they were friendly, kept incredibly clean workspaces, and took away any remaining project materials. They kept up to date with the project needs, and with one bathroom remodel requiring an urgent underplumbing need - they changed their schedule to accommodate to our family's needs. We were so grateful.

Jason is great to work with. Calder Homes has a great team of workers that does everything professionally. The team keeps great communication keeping you updated on how the job is progressing. They did my remodel in a timely manner and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any work done to their home. I will be using their services in the future for all of my home remodeling needs.

Jason Calder and his team have done several jobs for me and for my clients over the last several years. Whether it was a small update as clients were preparing their homes for sale or a large renovation project to help them to create their forever home, they have always delivered. Calder Homes has continually provided excellent service, great communication, quality workmanship, all delivered in a timely and very professional manner. As a real estate broker with for over 39 years, I am often asked for contractor recommendations. Based on my personal experience, I would certainly recommend Calder Homes. Whether you just need some minor cosmetic updates, or you are considering a larger renovation project such as kitchen, bathroom, flooring, finished basement, or deck, etc., I would recommend that you give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. We hired Calder Homes Remodeling to update the exterior lights on our home to Carriage Style lights. We liked it so much we decided to update the lights on our patio as well. Jason and Les were very easy to work with and their electrician was also able to repair some outlets while he was here. We will call them first when we start our next project!

I had a great experience with Jason Calder and Rochester Flooring. He was extremely attentive in returning phone calls and was able to get things scheduled very quickly for me. Jason was very knowledgeable and able to make sound recommendations. I had the installation done today and my carpeting looks fabulous! The installers arrived on time and they were professional and considerate. They did an excellent job with both installation and clean up. My new carpeting looks fabulous!

Calder homes just completed the painting throughout my entire home. What a great job! We also had new pantry shelves, several closet organizer systems as well as a custom industrial metal shelving system. I had a honey do list on top of my renovation to get done and their teams helped me build exterior steps, molding work, and fix some long broken items. Next on their schedule for me is the installation of window treatments!

We have been working with Calder homes for several years. Jason, Jeff and the entire staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and quality craftsman. If you are looking to remodel your home give them a call so they can help you have the home of your dreams!
