We couldn’t be happier with this company. They did our fall cleanup and now handle our snow plowing, and both services have been outstanding. Always dependable and easily the best plow service we’ve ever used. We will also be using them for spring cleanup, and any of our lawn care needs.

We moved to Webster last summer and bought a house with 1.8 acres and had no clue how to take care of it. My husband found Rich’s company and we immediately hired him after meeting him. Apart from making our yard look absolutely amazing, he’s a great guy who runs a stellar business. Every time I pull in my driveway I can’t believe how good my yard looks. If you’re looking for someone to maintain your yard and make your landscape look great, rich is absolutely your guy. He also plows my driveway in the winter and has never missed a snowy day for us. I’d never use anyone else.

RJD does a great job with an incredibly fast turnaround. Whenever I've texted or called, they respond within an hour. When I asked for a quote, someone was looking at the property same day. Their mowing prices were lower than the competitors I checked against too. I had let my lawn grow wild and they were able to come and mow within 3 hours of when I reached out. It looks great! This service does our neighbor's drive way. We just had a large amount of snow and he has been there 3 times already. He took the time to answer my questions before he continued to clear the neighbor's drive. Very friendly. I am going to call for a quote when my college age sons leave and no longer can maintain my drive.

I've been a customer of Rich's for many years, and have always received the best service -- never anything less than perfect. Beyond the great service, Rich's responsiveness is outstanding. If I send him an e:mail for a particular request I will usually receive a reply within an hour or two, and my request is addressed promptly. Five Stars for sure....

I've worked with Rich and RJD for over ten years for lawn, plowing and landscape design on two houses. They are truly the best there is. Lawn looks like a PGA course and their design made all the difference when selling my home - so I promptly requested the same for my new home. RJD Property Management has been my snow plow contractor for many years. I have referred him to my neighbors and they have always been pleased. He is 100% reliable, considerate and thorough in his work. I had contractors at my house during this last bout of icy, snowy, weather and I could count on them to have my driveway cleaned before the contractors arrived each morning. He has never let us down. We appreciate his dedication to his work !

Rich and his team have done an excellent job of taking care of our snow plowing and yard needs. They are reliable, responsive, honest, take great care of our driveway and yard, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very grateful that they always have our driveway cleared before my wife needs to go to work in the morning, and keep it cleared throughout the day when we get frequent snow. We also use RJD Property Management for our yard in the fall, and each time we use them, I’m completely impressed with how capable and reliable they are. I’ve worked with other service providers in the past, and put Rich and his team far above the rest. We are extremely happy with their performance and results!

This company damaged my car, attempted to walk away from the situation, and showed no willingness to handle it responsibly.

After their crew finished clearing snow from our condos, I saw two workers crouched directly in front of my parked car, examining something and picking up small pieces of debris. I asked them to stay put while I grabbed my jacket and shoes. That took maybe twenty seconds — apparently far too long. When I stepped back outside, only one worker remained, already climbing into his truck.

The damage to my car was immediately visible: a crushed license plate and its broken frame. The attached photos show exactly what I found. When I asked the worker to stay, look at the damage with me, provide insurance information, and handle the situation like reasonable adults, he raised his voice and insisted they wouldn’t have hit my car if it had been parked farther from the sidewalk.

I pointed out that the excuse was unreasonable, and even if it had been accurate, it wouldn’t justify the damage. In reality, it was simply untrue – the attached photos clearly show that my car was parked properly with plenty of clearance, and other vehicles were parked even closer to the sidewalk without any issues.

This observation didn’t help. The worker shouted that the damage was, verbatim, “just a piece of plastic”, and announced he was leaving. When I asked to speak with his boss, he shouted back that he was the boss - and then drove off. I cannot confirm whether that claim was true, but the interaction did not reflect the level of responsibility one would expect from someone in that position.

In any case, after the gentleman in the truck left, I had no choice but to call the police. The officer documented the incident under code LSA and filed report #FW1B76LB081K. This ultimately allowed me to receive full compensation for the damage from RJD Property Maintenance.

Reaching the business directly was extremely difficult. They did not answer my calls and did not return messages. Even the police officer noted that he had trouble getting them to respond and had to spend extra time obtaining the required information.

My neighbor, who witnessed the incident, deliberately cleared some of the snow in front of my car to highlight a long-standing issue with their sidewalk snow removal. As shown in photo #3, the actual sidewalk is farther in than where they typically run their machines. They consistently leave snow along the lawn side - where people actually walk - while operating their equipment extremely close to parked cars. This pattern creates unnecessary risk and makes incidents like mine far more likely.

Between the property damage, the refusal to address it, the attempt to leave without exchanging information, and the lack of basic responsiveness afterward, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations for a professional service.
