Chris and Courtney did a really good job. The basement looks great. They gave good suggestions and were very efficient and got the job done as described in the contract. They went the extra mile and painted the steps as well. Thank you very much for this much needed work. Greatly appreciated.

Danny and Deandre did an amazing job! They came the same day to clean up an emergency mess. They always leave the house on Woodsboro Farms looking sparkling clean. We schedule with them every three months for routine cleaning and can’t wait for them to come back! Great job

I received OUTSTANDING service from the time that Ryan came over to give me an estimate to remove my mold from the basement and do some masonry outdoor repair work to the completion of the entire job!!!

The work was reasonably priced and extremely well done. Not only does my basement walls look brand new but the masonry work just looks awesome to what it was like before. Also, all the guys on the job including Ryan, were so very nice to work with and extremely knowledgable.

Plus they even gave me a little gift as a thank you for my business....never had that happen with any other company before.

I will absolutely use Cleaner Image again and plan on having them clean my air ducts soon with the coupon they gave me.

Danny and Deandre over at Cleaner Image did an outstanding job with our flooring. We had both the carpet and grout done. They took the time to explain the process along with how to maintain it. The carpet and floors look great and I would highly recommend

Couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Moved into our house within the past two years and wanted to see if we had any mold issues. They came out within the week to take a look around and got us a quote by the next day. Very friendly and professional! Will definitely be looking to use them for other work in the future!

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job on our property after we had an unfortunate bout of burst pipes! It was a long project but Ryan was reliable and communicative. They have also assisted on several of our rental properties for various water and mold related needs! Will absolutely call again for any future issues!

D’Andre and Danny cleaned my workplace floors and were two of the nicest people we have ever had assist us from this company. They were extremely helpful and diligent with every carpet and floor they cleaned. They came up with a game plan for the work load and finished it with excellence. This company was very professional and the guys did excellent work!!! The drywall and painting was beyond my expectations and amazing. My apartment never looked better. They were very personable and trustworthy and I highly recommend them. They cleaned up after and I would never have known they were here except for my apartment looking so much nicer.

My elderly mother needed restoration work in her basement and Ryan and the rest of the team were great to work with from the initial quote to project completion. Ryan answered all of our questions, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a fair price. Ryan personally followed up to address questions. The team did excellent work and my mother is very happy and no longer stressed. No more mold, moisture or smell. All areas were addressed to avoid future issues. A very satisfied customer.

I’ve had two experiences with A Cleaner Image and both went really well. On the first occasion, I requested an inspection for a mold issue. Ryan arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He gave me some simple suggestions to remedy the problem instead of selling me services that I didn’t need. That earned my trust so when my basement recently flooded, Ryan was my first call. He arrived within an hour and immediately went to work. He and his team did a great job and I was very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

5 stars is honestly not enough! If I could give 10 stars I would! Anytime I've needed a cleaning I always call A Cleaner Image FIRST!!! Their work is SUPERB to say the least!!! I first met Deandrea and Randy for a major project on my property and they came out to handle it, and I was beyond satisfied with the work they completed (& they did the work so FAST)!!! Anytime I schedule work with this company, these are the two men that I always request, and will continue to do so!!!

Randy also assisted Deandrea on another major project and the finished product was amazing!!! Highly recommend these men for any project you have in mind!!!

Chris, DeAndre, and Josh were prompt, polite, professional, and kind enough to educate us through each phase of the job. Ryan is easily the most indispensable contractor to know in the Rochester area. And his business is 100% first-class. We had 5 areas with carpet cleaned today. Randy came today to do our carpets and I couldn't be happier. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, so nice. He was efficient and we felt that the price was very reasonable.
