Reviews of local pros in West Falls, New York

Dieter Meier is very knowledgeable & personable. The crew members that pruned my tree were friendly and did a great job. I would use Bartlett service again.

Real nice when these "professionals" show up to your house to cut down a tree every single limb lands on your roof like they can't figure out how to put a rope and angle it away from the roof so a few times it almost comes through your front window upstairs and then because you forgot to move a couple of Christmas decorations in your front yard they don't even bother telling you that,t just smash them all instead of taking two seconds to move three things that were easily set in the ground. Not very professional IMO 😠😠 I don't appreciate my personal belongings being destroyed by your tree service employees.

Bartlett employees were prompt with their service and knowledgeable. Workers were skillful, courteous and energetic. Job site was left clean. We will definitely use Bartlett again.

Excellent customer service and attention to each variety of tree on the property. I will continue with this company through the years and that says a lot about its service!

Dieter with Bartlett was very responsive, professional and trustworthy. We had several large, elderly maples that needed professional pruning to save them. Dieter and his team were able to do an exceptional job - They kept me informed the whole way and even came back for additional work that was not initially completed. Dieter and Bartlett team were very professional and reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

All staff courteous, professional and efficient. All worked as a cohesive team. Safely executed all moves. Fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

WOW. 2 men showed up to do the tree work for us. Trees down and sawed into 18in pieces for us….even STACKED by the firepit. My huge old Maple had a haircut and looks fabulous. The front tree on our property was taken down and mulched in their big truck. The cleanup was SPECTACULAR!! You’d never even know they were here for 6 hours. Thanks so much to your guys and your company for providing EXCELLENT, professional service. See you next summer !!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Our issues started when no one showed up for the initial estimate because the person I spoke with did not add the appointment to their calendar. I was understanding — things happen and people make mistakes!

Unfortunately, things did not improve. After signing the contract, I heard nothing from the arborist about scheduling, and I had to repeatedly call and email just to try to secure a date. Their office manager explained that their arborist was busy and would get back to me the following week. I was not contacted.

I then reached out to their office manager again and exchanged emails — she apologized for the lack of correspondence and asked me to provide a an available date. I offered not one, but two dates. On both dates I provided, not only did no one show up, but there was not even a call to communicate a need for a change in scheduling.

At this point, I’m convinced this is not a matter of human error, but incompetence and a lack of consideration for their clients who are willing to spend thousands of dollars with them.

I requested that our contract for the tree removal be canceled entirely. I still have heard nothing from their team.

I would strongly recommend you get your trees serviced by another vendor.

Pierce & Co Tree Services exceeded my expectations! They were professional, punctual, and reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Their team skillfully navigated a tricky spot to remove a tree with precision and care. Highly recommend their expertise and top-notch service!

My neighbor referred me to their services and I’m glad I reached out to them. I recently had 20-25 stumps Removed on my property in September. They were very accommodating to meet with me outside normal business hours due to my work schedule. During our free estimate, he paid attention to some of the areas on the property that I wanted to address the most.

All of the work done was completed on one day and they did a very nice job with the cleanup. I wasn’t worried about having to be there on the property while they worked because I had a very good experience during the estimate.

Overall, I think they did a very nice job. They were fair, very accommodating and professional. I am definitely going to use their services again in the spring for additional help.

I hired Sean again to remove several trees and stumps in my yard. The crew was extremely professional and left my yard cleaner then it was when they showed up! The price was very reasonable and the job was completed perfectly. Thank you Pierce & Co!

Sean, as well as the team from Kravitz Tree Service, did an amazing job taking down 2 giant sugar maples in the Village of East Aurora. Sean was amazing to work with from start to finish. I would recommend no one else but this team for tree care.

Sean and his team were fantastic! They were punctual, efficient, friendly, and respectful of our property. Communication was excellent as well. Sean made sure to pause work and talk to us before moving forward once he realized we may need to go with a different plan once he got a few of the trees down. He even helped us find another contractor to regrade the yard since we didn’t know that would need to be done until after the trees were removed. We valued his experience and opinion and now our backyard looks even better than we planned! We highly recommend Sean and his team for your tree removal needs!

Sean and his team did an amazing job on a tree removal and pruning. The Ash tree they removed was in a very tight cramped area but they made it look as if it never existed! They did a fantastic job cleaning up any debris and got it done a lot quicker than I thought. Their pricing was also the best I’ve compared to other people/companies and I look forward to their services in the future! Thank you Sean! 😁

Sean and crew were skillful, knowledgeable and extremely professional… they had the right equipment for this job, a very small space to remove two, very large trees… with a lot of obstacles!! The clean up was like they were never there! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Sean arrived within minutes of me contacting him (he was literally in the neighborhood). When he saw our tree and heard our concerns for safety, he got us into his crew's schedule within a few days. They arrived on time, checked with me throughout the job, demonstrated concern for our beloved tree, and trimmed it skillfully. They cleaned up completely, and were done within an hour! I highly recommend this company!
