I have only one thing to say- Excellent service. He knew exactly what he was doing and in timely matter. I had to call other Service company that took over a month to fix same problem and it still wasn’t fixed.

I had a broken LG refrigerator, thought it was broken for good. After calling progressive service, Alex was sent to me. He came off as a very competent and respectful worker, and he fixed my fridge to my complete satisfaction!!

I had a wonderful stress free experience with Alex from Progress Service. He knew what the problem was, ordered the correct parts needed and fixed my cooktop back like new. He was very respectful and kind and knowledgeable.

Either oven, major AC work, or any other home appliance, Alex’s expertise is superb, wide and his work ethic is unmatched. Today, on Christmas, he fixed our oven that broke yesterday and we didn’t have to replace the appliance. Always dependable and with quality, Alex’s work is recommended all the time.

Requested service on LG Refrigerator via email. Heard back pretty quickly. After checking with LG on potential issue offered service call a couple of days later. Service tech Alex called in the prearranged time window, arrived exactly when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed issue, had parts to complete repair - said it would take an hour, completed in 55 minutes. Alex couldn't be more professional. Unit back to fully working properly. Would definitely highly recommend and use again. Thanks!

I’d like to share a great experience I’ve had with Progress Service Inc. In my home there is a LG dryer that was making noise and the technician named Alex came and did a great job. We have no complaints at all and will be glad to call Alex if there are any other technical problems we are having with appliances in our home. Great service, highly appreciated! Thank you!

My LG refrigerator failed working on Monday. I had another two technicians came over and both of them told me I have to trash that refrigerator. It’s a 3K machine and only 5 years old! Luckily I found progress service from the LG website. They collected information from me before came over so they were very well prepared. It was diagnosed that the compressor was dead and they brought a new compressor with them and fixed everything within 2 hours. Such a life saver! I’m very thankful for their service and profession.

Very professional father / son team. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Booked them through LG for my washer and would use again for other appliances. Highly recommend.

If your refrigerator, stove or even washing machine breaks down, call here, a big big uncle will come and fix everything, calmly explain how to avoid such breakdowns, and even offer options to save money. It's just a joy to have such a service in your city! 10 stars!

Alex is a great technician, highly recommend when need to fix appliances. I have been using his service for the past few years.

I rarely write reviews, but I figured I should write it this time with my great experience with progressive.
I had issue with LG refrigerators which I bought a year ago. The bottom unit doesn't cool down although freezer works just fine. I tried to fix it myself several times but couldn't make it work.
Called up progressive early Jan and left VM with them. They got back to me quickly and setup the appointment same day.
Aleksey, the technician, showed up on time and nailed down the issue within just a few minutes. He patiently re-install the refrigerator door which wasn't setup properly. This immediately solved the issue.
When I paid him, he also reminded me that the work has 2 months warrants and etc. Very honest and really enjoyed hiring them to get the job done.

Was considering getting a new fridge, until I found this company. Saved me time and money. Very affordable and great at what he does. For any of your mechanical problems Alex is the man.
