This company is extremely professional, very courteous on the phone and in person performing the repairs. I am very happy with a repair of a dishwasher Issue that had arisen unexpectedly. Alex came out and knew his trade. Performed troubleshooting and resolved the issue.

I called Progressive Service for an AC issue that I had in my office; it is a Fujitsu split unit system. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. I had called a couple of other companies before, but I wasn't convinced by what they were telling me. With Progressive Service, I was impressed. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciated. Often, I have to deal with service repair guys missing their window and rescheduling, which ruins my plans.

This company and the employees are excellent. We originally had called home serve for our fridge and their service was horrible. We were referred to progress and within a day they came and fixed our fridge. Alex was patient and took the time to look at every piece and really to make sure all issues are resolved. These guys are great, we called another place first and they came over and had no idea what to do telling us we have to "find the part". We then called Progress and they came over promptly and already with the part needed. Did everything in under an hour and even put in a shut off valve that we did not have before. Super reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend for all appliance repair needs.

They fixed my oven this week. It was about what I’d expect to pay out of pocket for a third party to come and do the job. The guy was nice and professional too.
