Plumbing reviews in West Hempstead, New York

Affordable grease oil services

Johnathan is a solid guy, whenever we call he is always quick to respond and help. Since partnering with them, we haven’t had any backups in our traps.

Respectful, quick and professional. Would highly recommend. They left the traps looking great.

They come and pick up our used cooking oil weekly. Reynaldo is a really nice guy and does a great job. Makes sure to send us pictures every time.

Drained all of our grease traps, and show up on time and after hours. Send me pictures when job is done. Isaac always has a good attitude and is nice.

Johnathan helped us out in an emergency. Our grease traps were full and were starting to come back into the drains and leak. He sent out a crew and then pump out both in less than an hour. We have since used them for used oil pickup services as well. Dennis was a superb technician and gave us some tips to not have this happen again.

We needing pumping of our grease traps, they left them all clean and they did a solid job. Parked in the back of the restaurant like we told them to not disturb our customers and they listened to all of the notes we put.

I have been using this company for years now. They always provide grease customer service and have professionals working. Our restaurants got busier than usual and a bunch of grease traps were full and needed to be pumped. They changed our quarterly pumping to monthly now and we haven’t had any drain or kitchen backup issues.

Communication was easy from the start to the end, they didn’t destine the work space and were able to clean the grease traps relatively quickly.

I had multiple grease traps that needed to be cleaned out in our restaurant. Called and they gave me a rough price based on the number of gallons they were. Gentlemen that showed up were excellent and left the traps fully cleaned and no grease residue left over. Plan on using them every month as well as for cooking oil pickup.

Called them to clean our grease traps, they were much more affordable than our current provider we are using and so we switched over to them for quarterly cleanings. The guys showed up on time and got straight to work, we didn’t have to baby sit them which is extremely nice. Fully cleaned out the traps and sent us before and after pictures in there software. I would recommend to anyone who has a restaurant here in Nassau County. Josh was our technician and he provided great service.

They were amazing

I was overcharged by almost $200 compared to other places. Was told it was urgent and didn’t have a choice. Later found out it wasn’t even a necessary repair and purely cosmetic.

I wanted them to replace my water heater. They replaced the boiler. Didn’t even touch the heater. Also I’m pretty sure my wife is pregnant now and we haven’t had sex in weeks.

I called Edwards Plumbing when we had the deep freeze. They came to my house very quickly and were able to thaw out my pipes and get me back up and running. Juan and Mario were very professional and so nice! I highly recommend them and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!
