I hired D'Agastino for a sprinkler system service, including a spring check-up and repairs. My friend, a retired building manager with over 30 years of experience, was present during the service and observed that only the broken PVC pipe was repaired. We even tipped the technician for his work. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a charge for a backflow kit replacement, which was never performed. My friend called them to clarify, but they insisted it was done without providing any evidence. I then requested proof of the work, but they never responded. Ultimately, I paid the full amount, but the lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely a rip off. Bought our home in February 2025 and the previous owner used this company so we went with them. The technicians came out told us that there was a broken pipe they needed to fix. My husband was with them when they went to their truck cut the pipe and followed them under the deck to replace the pipe. He watched the whole process. The technicians turned on the system and told us everything is working fine. They said DO NOT turn the system on for 2 days so the glue around the pipe they fixed dried. We said ok asked if there was anything else and was told NO. Even tipped the 2 techs. Then we just got the bill in the mail and there is a charge for $180 for "Replace backflow kit". I called the company and was told well it's on the work order. I explained that we were with the techs every step of the way and were never told about this. I don't care what was written on the work order, the "work" was not done. Looking for a new company in the future.

Highly recommend D’Agostino Irrigation. Always reliable and professional. Very pleased with the way they keep our lawn and flowerbeds looking beautiful. Most importantly, incredible customer service!

Dom and his team did my own hose . Full sprinklers and outdoor lighting . Best job ever. Very clean and neat with the property . Quick and easy install. Highly recommend using.

Paid crazy price for lawn and sprinkler care , then got hit with additional ridiculous"repair" bill a month later, even though I specified to be notified before any additional work/charges. They definitely do a nice initial design and setup but for yearly maintenance etc, look elsewhere.

I called to have my irrigation system winterized and left a message — no call back for three weeks. When I finally called again, I was told there would be a 50% late fee. I spoke with the owner, who was dismissive and insisted they “call everyone back,” even after I provided screenshots showing no call back from their number.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but the arrogance and the “pay it or lose it, I don’t care, we have too many customers” attitude is unacceptable. The excessive fee feels predatory and, in my view, violates consumer rights — I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Extremely disappointing way to treat long-time customers.

I had the pleasure of working with D’Agostino Landscaping for my irrigation and sprinkler system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are very consistent and my lawn looks great. I have it cut once a week and chemically treated. Dahiana in the office is amazing and responds quickly and resolves any issues quickly.

All I can say is there are not enough stars on here. If there were 6 stars, they would get it. From the initial call to the estimate, installation, and final product, the customer service was above and beyond. I love my new patio and can't wait to throw a party in the spring to "break it in"! Thank you Pro Cut!

ProCut is great! Alex & Bill have done several jobs for us from major backyard exacavation and grading to a new paver patio and lawn maintenance. They are very professional and their crew is great! Definitely give them a try!

Pro Cut just completed a drainage job fir me and they were terrific to deal with. Alex Adamo the lead on the job did a wonderful job trouble shooting problems that arose, all without blowing up the budget. I highly recommend Pro Cut.

I have been using ProCut for several years. I could not be happier with their service. My yard is one of the nicest on my block. In an era where nobody ever answers the phone. Someone always answers at ProCut. Service is prompt and top notch.

We have been customers for over 25 years. They do excellent work and Bill is great to work with. His office staff is always helpful.

I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START!! Our property is very hilly & rocky and we always wanted to create a “livable” space outside but it was quite difficult to envision. We also wanted a pool and because of that it made it even that more difficult. We called Pro Cut for an estimate and Alex came out…. The rest is quite the “Fairy Tale”. He was WONDERFUL and showed such an interest and enthusiasm to create & design an outside oasis that my husband and I were completely thrilled to say the least. Alex took on the project with such compassion just as if he were doing the job for himself at his own residence. The crew is no different they are courteous, professional, and reliable (every single one of them) …in one word FANTASTIC!! We could not be more pleased. And the transformation that Pro Cut has done is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Friends and Family are in Awe when they see the transformation. Alex and his crew have quite literally created our very own Shangri-la right in our very own backyard!! BLISS!!
We have had many projects and plan to have several more and Procut is NOW our FIRST and ONLY choice for them all. We are looking forward to this Spring for our next Phase and it is so good to know that Pro Cut will NOT Disappoint!! WHAT A RELIEF!!

This is the second year Pro Cut has cut and maintained our lawn. The lawn is usually cut on the same day each week. The people cutting the lawn do a good job and are friendly. The lawn is looking good.

I have been using procut lawn services for over 5 years now and have find them to be great. They always address any issues or concerns I have about my lawn. Great company , highly recommend

I needed some simple work (fence) put up in my parents yard upstate. Alex and his team could not have made this more simple for me to take care of remotely. He had a swift competitive estimate for me and within the needed time frame. One day it wasnt there, the next day it was, Pro Cuts guys are fast, and instead of dragging out the job to the following day, they actually stayed late to finish it up and make it look clean cut (the fence was in a bush area of the yard). Simple stuff, simple solution, no headache or nightmare that you hear of sometimes with landscapers.

We contracted with Pro Cut Lawns at the end of last season for the first time as our landscaper started to not perform well at all. Pro Cut discussed our problem, forwarded pricing and corrected most of our issues VERY late in the season and showed us what they would do to improve our lawn for the new season. Other landscapers did not want to do a short term maintenance contract, approximately 4 weeks. They are very professional, show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do and most importantly know what they are doing.

Update :
After posting the first review Alex reached out to us and we were told “not to worry” he will fix the issues we were left with when Bills crew came and damaged our paver patio.

He apologized for Bill being so unprofessional and incompetent and we were told Bill just doesn’t care anymore. We offered to post a great review when it was done. I had all intentions of posting a great review and photos but that isn’t the case, we were left with a bigger mess.

Alex promised the destroyed pavers would be replaced, we would get a beautiful circular entry way and it would look beautiful because he is sending his best workers to do the job. We trusted Alex and agreed to send his crew to fix it.

They didn’t fix it. They made a bigger mess. Stones not cut to fit, the stones were not sand/cemented in, no new circular beautiful entry way, and best of all, they never replaced multiple sections of stained stones from Bill’s botched job. On top of that, they chipped our front stairs and there is a hole where they knocked off a stone.

It looks worse than before. Chunks of the new pavers with no sand look weird in the middle of the old one that was correctly installed and sanded.

After they left, we expected the next day for them to complete the job. There’s still a large amount of stained stones from Bills crew and the stones aren’t sanded together.

We followed up with Alex and he threatened that if we take him to court we would lose. He actually said he would have about a 1% chance of losing . How is this possible if this company ruined our patio two times.

They might be great at cutting grass but please look elsewhere when you want a pavers patio or your paver patio sealed. I didn’t expect it to look worse but it does.

Beware of this company. Do not have them power wash or seal your paver patio.
These pictures are the result of Bill the owner not caring about his work. We hired Bill to power wash and seal our paver patio.

The crew was sent in summer of 2019 clearly not experienced and destroyed our pavers. We are left with foot prints, smudge marks, roller marks and discoloration of pavers. Bills response: “ it’s beautiful! Exactly what a paver patio is supposed to look like!”

Bill was supposed to come yesterday after chasing him for weeks to fix this and never showed up again. This has been happening since they destroyed our property.

We had estimates from other companies to see how they can fix it and they all said the same thing. .. needs to be ripped up and flipped or replaced.

We hope he shows up in small claims court when the date is set.
