The next thing we knew, they claimed a compressor needed to be swapped, but refused to provide a specific estimate, saying it'd likely cost between $10K and $14K. By then, I had no choice but to reach out to another vendor for help. They arrived over the weekend, only to reveal that our unit was actually still under warranty - thanks to Premier's lack of communication. We ended up replacing the compressor ourselves because Premier never submitted a claim, and we couldn't afford the wait. The competitor's quote was significantly lower at $3K compared to Premier's outrageous estimate. The cherry on top? They stopped responding to our calls altogether. A medical practice, still open for patients, was left without air for a whole week. I'm livid and would strongly advise others against working with Premier - there are far better, more reliable options in NYC.
