Last Wednesday I complained to Mark that he mowed around a large piece of paper for the past three weeks and let weeds grow over 12” around a hose bib. They took care of it and apologized, I thought that was the end of it. Two days later on Friday I received an email that they were no longer servicing my area. They’re from Westbury I’m in Hicksville. They said they’re not doing any work north of Hempstead Tpke. Seriously???? They just walked away breaching our contract and leaving me high and dry.

They did an excellent job weeding out some way overgrown flower beds for us - definitely bringing them back for more!

WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THEY FORCE YOU TO GIVE ONE

In the beginning for the falland spring cleaning everything went well service was good. When it was time for maintenance I was never told when service would begin after accepting them to do the work. I emailed them to come to do the lawn before Easter since I was having family over. Only one person showed up after 6pm since he was working across the street from me. The job was rushed, incompleted and very unprofessional. After I complained, we received a phone call from who I believed was the person who came and said that they would come on Monday to fix the job. Assuming that they were going to come on and not being able to give them a call back since it was a holiday weekend. I figured they were going to show up Monday to fix the job. No one ever showed up called or even emailed me saying that they were not coming a few weeks past thinking that they were still going to do service in my house. No one ever showed up. I recently found a new landscaper, and when I email to cancel my service with them, they told me my service was canceled April 16 and no one ever told me but they did take the money for a horrible job so please beware when you’re using this company you might find out that you’re being charged automatically on your credit card for a horrible company. I have had many landscapers in my time that were bad, but I was never bad enough to leave a review. This company is.

YOU CALLED ONCE AND I CAN PROVE IT ALSO WHY DIDN'T YOU EMAIL ME? YOU EMAILED ME MULPITLE TIMES FOR PAYMENT WHY NOT SEND AN EMAIL? YOU HAD NO PROBLE TAKING MY MONEY BUT HAD A PROBLEM WITH GIVING ME GOOD SERVICE THE FIRST TIME.
