I had gotten multiple quotes for a patio in my backyard, but Tony’s quote beat all of them, by a couple thousand. Tony knew I wanted to get the project done quickly and every other company was booked for 4-5 weeks. Tony fit me into his schedule that same week. His workers were professional and worked quickly to have my patio done in a few short days. When the time comes to doing my driveway and front walkway, I don’t have to waste my time shopping around, I’ll just call Torres Contracting.

Save yourself the time and trouble of getting quotes from different masons and just go with Torres Contracting.

Tony is a good guy who was always available to get in touch with and very responsive. I got quotes from four different masons and its difficult to overstate how significantly more reasonable Tony’s cost was while offering exactly the same service, done more quickly, and with superior products (Nicolock and Cambridge pavers).

They had a great and varying selection that you could view with your own eyes at their shop, as opposed to just pictured in a booklet. Ashley, the young lady who helped me at the shop, was very patient and helpful in detailing and showcasing everything for me.

The end result you can see for yourself in the photos. The workers were quick, professional, and very friendly to my children who relentlessly watched them at work which I appreciated as a father lol. They also rerouted my gutter through a complex trench they made in the ground so it drained no where near the patio or in any high traffic area of the yard, and cleaned it all up afterwards so you couldn’t even tell they had dug anything up.

I hired Torres contracting Corp to do my front stairs. In conclusion, Rock work 4 stars, customer service 2 stars.

I Met him 3 times during the job.
1: He came for a quote.
2: At his shop picking rocks design and color and left deposit.
3: After job is done, he came inspect job and pick up rest of the balance.

The rock work has been done well, I was satisfied, I paid in full and asked him to finalize the job with 2 little things.

1: Fill sand into some gaps which wasn’t filled completely.
2: Take the debris and his advertising sigh left in my yard from the work.

He agreed, I waited a little more than a month, contacted him about 4 times in between, never showed up. I waited this much time for him to finish it so I will give a positive review, at this point, the best I can do is a neutral 3 star.

Tony has done several projects for me and I can say that he is one of the best in the business. His crew is respectful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. I highly recommend him. Some of the projects below.

Torres Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my old front and side stoops that had significant water damage. On time and at an extremely fair price. His masons then built two matching brick/bull nose flower beds in front of house. Beautifully done and I received many compliments from the neighbors!

I hired Tony to redo the asphalt in the driveway, regrade part of a Nicolock walkway as well as put new concrete in the Belgium block apron of the driveway. I found him be easy to deal with and responsive to whatever concerns I had developed. For instance, I questioned why his team didn’t remove all of the RCA under the old asphalt before putting down the new asphalt. He explained that removing more of it would be counterproductive because it had been there for 30 years and because of that, it is a solid foundation. I thought he was cutting corners but he really wasn’t.

He finished the work before I paid him a nickel.

Talk with him. He’s a reasonable guy and treated me fairly in terms of price.

Called to schedule a time for an estimate. Agreed on a time for the next day.I explained to please call if anything changes so I'm not waiting around all day. They were a no show. When will business get that the customers time is just as valuable as theirs.

Recently, Junior from Creative Landscaping & Paving came by our home to install a new retaining wall, outdoor kitchen/barbeque, and patio, using the interlocking paving method. To say the work came out beautiful is an understatement.

Even before we hired Creative Landscaping and Paving, Junior (owner) spent hours of his time sitting with my wife and I walking us through all of our options. We ended up hiring him to do our project and couldn’t be happier that we did. Junior and his team showed up on time every day, worked full days and cleaned up before they left. The work itself is unbelievable. It was a big job. Pavered stoop, pavered walkway, pavered driveway and retaining wall replacement. When the job was done it completely exceeded our expectations. I know we drove him a little crazy at some points during the process, but he listened to everything we had to say and did whatever it took to make us happy. And he made us very happy! They showed up early, worked hard the entire time, and finished the project earlier than anticipated.
