Randy was an amazing technician. He really knows his stuff. He was able to fix our air conditioning unit in a very prompt amount of time. Great job! I highly recommend.

We had terrific treatment from the service fellow who came to look at our split unit compressor which we thought was making a racket and might need to be replaced. The service fellow took a close look and immediately recognized that the noise was coming from the electric power box attached next to the compressor and was loose and making the racket. Problem solved and we were taken with the service and appreciative about saving a bundle of money. We now know exactly who to call when needed.

We contacted CHQ plumbing after a bad encounter with another local plumbing group to install plumbing renovations to our updated kitchen. We were not just impressed by Tom's proficiency and demeanor, but the quality of the work was a genuine relief. Attention to detail and not just slamming things together also uncovered another issue that would have been a serious stinky mess. The work quality and timing was well worth the cost. We also used CHQ plumbing & heating to perform a heating assessment and found our tech knowledgeable & practical. You can guess who are go to provider will now be!!

Service Tech was not only on time, but early. Nice text reminder system. They got my appointment scheduled quickly. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He took great care not to get our house dirty and there was no pressure to buy services/products. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

The maintenance man turned up right on time. He was very personal and pleasant. Did the preventative work on the HVAC system and suggested a couple of items that may cause some issues in the future. He took the time to explain everything to me and there was no pressure at all. One of which he mentioned during the last visit. I agreed to have the issues taken care of and when I asked about scheduling to get these done, he told me that he could take care if them during the current visit. Very nice! When he completed the jobs, the work site was spotless. I like the program that they have that includes 2 visits a year, one where they make sure that my system is ready for the summer and the other where they get everything ready for winter. I scheduled my next visit before he left. Very, very happy with the service.

My hot water was spurting out of the faucets and I thought there must be air trapped, and then the breaker tripped... After another outfit came out, misdiagnosed the issue, fixed nothing, and charged me anyway, I called Chautauqua plumbing and so glad I did! Derrick took the time to troubleshoot and gave me the diagnoses and quote free of charge. They ended up replacing the heating elements, which was the problem, but also updated the thermostat. Then they flushed the water and any air out of the tank and made sure all faucets were functioning properly. Now I feel confident the tank will continue to work for years to come. The charge was very fair, but their care and customer service, priceless! I am happy to have found good people that care about their customers and want to provide the best service possible. I will call them for all my plumbing and heating needs.
