This is the second time I have used Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration to clean a rug and a couch. The crew was was great. They were on time and made sure I got everything I needed done. They pointed out areas they worked hard on and even some of the areas they were not able to get perfect. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning of high traffic furniture, rugs, and carpet.

I've used Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration for years for my upholstery, carpet, oriental, & tile and grout cleaning. Recently, we called them to take care of a mold situation in our basement. They were wonderful! The staff was incredible and the job was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

I brought Bowerman in after another company dropped the ball on our water mitigation problem. They were prompt, super-polite and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and then they did exactly that. They kept in touch for the duration of the project, and finished exactly when they said they would, and the job was completely and professionally completed. They also cleaned up after themselves, so you couldn't have known they were even there. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They called me to let me know they'd be a little late (so simple to do, yet how many do it?), when they arrived they were so polite and thorough in their explanations, and after when I looked at their work, they pointed out what they were not able to remove and explained it carefully. Had two sofas, two chairs, area rug and small carpet cleaned.Highly recommended.

We had a flood from the water/ice line in our refrigerator damaging our kitchen and even more so the basement below. Chris and his team at Bowerman came the same day my insurance company recommended I call them! Talk about responsive. They had the all right equipment , expertise, and manpower to do the job and everyone was so nice and hardworking. Jaime came to do the restoration which was a challenging in my odd shaped almost 100 year old house. He did a fabulous job solving problems and making things look even better than before our flood. I can’t recommend them enough.

This company stands head and shoulders above its competitors. We had carpets, furniture, drapes and fabric shades cleaned — some we’re cleaned in our home and some were removed for cleaning at the shop. Our technicians were Jonathan and Jay G. These men were genuine professionals. They showed respect for our home and our belongings, they were polite and friendly towards us, and they did what can only be described as a fabulous job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Adrian, Jonathan & Sean were wonderful. They were courteous, professional, prompt, addressed our needs & concerns, & made sure our rugs were dry before collecting their fans & dehumidifiers. I would definitely call them again!

The team arrived exactly on time (on a snow day!) and were courteous, friendly and efficient. They provided a specific price quote, were very clear and honest about expectations, and flexible in working around our family in the house. The carpets and furniture were cleaned and sanitized thoroughly, quickly and efficiently. They were a pleasure to work with.

Bower man did an outstanding job cleaning our sectional, chair and large area rug. They were extremely professional and the sofa looks really great. We used a different service in the past and Bowerman did a far better job with the upholstery. We will def use them again in the future.

All of the workers from Bowerman Cleaning and Restoration were highly professional, efficient, and diligent in their work and did an excellent job (e.g. setting up secure enclosures and mitigating debris, finishing in timely manner). All of our questions and concerns were effectively addressed by Adrian Ruiz, the project manager, who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He was consistently available for outreach when he was off sight, which was infrequent, and even after the completion of the work he readily responded to any follow up questions, providing the guidance and direction we needed.

Great job from start to finish! I was happy with the quality of the work (new Sheetrock, paint job, baseboard molding, carpet cleaning) and great care was taken to replace all the furniture, drapes and art work to restore the room to the way it was. The only complaint is that where the carpet pad was cut out and replaced by new padding, there are lumps and valleys that can be felt when one is walking across the wall to wall carpeting.
Post script: I was promised that someone would come to repair the uneven padding under the carpeting. Then they denied ever promising that when it had been promised to my face. The bumps, lumps and divots under the wall to wall are quite bad and I’m very disappointed that the company would lie to me. I would not use this company for restoration after water damage.

Highly recommend!!! Honest, professional, with amazing customer service and great attention to detail. My elderly dad’s house had flood damage and mold from the remnants of Hurricane Ida and Bowerman came and did an fantastic job mitigating the damage. They clearly explained the entire process from start to finish. I live out of state yet they worked with me every step of the way to ensure my dad’s repairs were done properly. They totally put my mind at ease and I can’t say enough about how they treated my dad. Fair pricing at a time when the opportunity to have taken advantage and price gouged was there. First rate company all the way!

My experience using Bowerman was fantastic, and I would highly recommend using them. They came in as the middle bid to address some mold damage I had across my basement. The sales representative I connected with was responsive and supportive. He took time to understand what my situation was and helped me determine what I needed to get rid of the mold in my basement - not over selling me. The service representative was also AMAZING. He was very respectful and gave my basement the care that I wish I had the expertise and time to have done myself. I am glad I went with Bowerman cleaning, and if I need them again in the future would use them in a heart beat.

Our insurance company referred Bowerman after a flood in my kitchen. They were prompt and very efficient to remove mold and dry out the area. Our only critique - when removing the cabinets, they could have removed the cabinetry lighting carefully from the clips to preserve the lighting, but instead they cut the wire to the cabinet. Now we have to rewire as well. A little more care in the demo portion would have been helpful. Otherwise, beautiful and efficient work

I have been using Bowerman for 20 years. I would give them MORE than a 5 Star rating. The cleaning crews are simply excellent. The crew that arrived this morning was , once again, so professional, knowledgeable, neat, efficient, courteous and considerate. They discussed the options and what they would recommend. I give Bowerman Cleaning the highest possible rating.

The 2 men who came to clean my carpet were very professional and courteous. Before entering, they put on booties, they measured all the rooms that needed cleaning and informed me of the estimate prior to proceeding. I felt the pricing was fair and the carpets came out great with their steam extraction and soap. They were also able to spot clean an area rug that couldn't be cleaned unless I had padding underneath. All in all, very good job!

I just had my carpets cleaned and I couldn't be happier. The staff that came to the house was courteous and very professional. If I were starting a service industry Business I would want employees like the two gentleman who came to my home this morning. Oh and by the way the carpets look beautiful. Great job guys!
