We had a nightmare situation when we moved in where the upstairs shower was leaking through the ceiling down into the kitchen. We tried hiring a couple plumbers and no one was helpful. We discovered that we would need to rip up the shower floor to uncover if it was the shower pan or something worse. Omar got right back to me about this project and came over same day. He even scheduled the job to be finished before the end of the week.
