This company did work at my daughter's home. They were prompt, did wonderful work, and were fair with the pricing. Very lovely, caring people and they will definitely be called upon in the future.

Eddie was great to work with and made stump removal very painless. He communicated very quickly a quote, offered to remove the next day. He removed the stump while I was at work and even came back to square up that same evening. Very easy, great results.

We had a very tall tree that was hit by lightning and it needed to be cut down. The tree was located in a tight space between 2 buildings send a fence. Eddie's brought it down with no damage to any of the surrounding area. QUICK SERVICE: They showed up to do the job within 24 hours of a call, and the tree was brought down in no time! We were very happy and would definitely call them again if the need arises.

Alex, Daniel and their team did a great job. We had a huge tree fall on our roof. It was a difficult job but they managed to remove the tree quickly and safely. We will use them again to trim our other trees.

Double Tree removed a tree and several large branches from other trees in our yard. They were responsive to our questions and able to fit us into their schedule earlier than any other tree removal service. They arrived as schedule, completed all the work and cleaned up very nicely. We are glad to find a new tree company and will definitely use their services again.

A neighbor's huge tree fell in my yard during last week's storm, blocking the entry to my house and causing significant damage. I'm so glad that I contacted Doubletree, every aspect of their service was excellent! They responded immediately, had the tree removed within 24 hours, and left the place spotless after they cleaned it all up - you wouldn't have know that a massive tree had ever fallen down there. Customer service could not have been any better as well, from Roberta in the office to Alex managing the removal crew. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but Doubletree sure earned it.

Excellent service and affordable. I had a dead tree that was tricky to remove and we needed an insured skilled professional. Alex of Double Tree arrived on time to assess the job and give a price quote within our budget. Right away I could tell this was the company to use. The job was done soon after with precision and my property cleared of all debris. Nice work!!!

Me and my mom used there service to trim our trees and they completely cut half the tree ruined our trees forever when we just wanted them trimmed owner doesn’t do his own work has workers come come who dont speak English and don’t listen and follow instructions then when we told him what had happened he had an attitude and was almost unwilling to accomade us not very professional if you ask me owner very rude and nasty didn’t correct work until we threaten to take him to court terrible experience

Felix did an amazing job on my patio. I had an ugly stone patio that was unlevel and old looking. He transformed it into a masterpiece. I couldn’t be happier with Felix’s work. I have used Felix Tree Service for many years now, for landscape work, tree work, and in the winter for snow removal. I have found Felix and his crew to be extremely good at their work, extremely reliable, and fairly priced. I have come to know Felix personally over the years and find him to be one of the few Who still really care about the quality of their work. He not only does a great job, but he keeps an eye on it to make sure that it thrives. A few years ago he planted some trees for me. About a year later one of the trees looked like it wasn’t doing very well. The next thing I knew he had come by and replaced the tree with a new bigger and better one at no cost. It was over a year later, and I had not even asked him to do it. It was not even our understanding that he would be obliged to replace a tree if it didn’t survive. But he did it on his own,which I had not seen before from any others. In the winter he does our snow removal. He does a really prompt and thorough job of plowing and salting. I don’t ever have to worry that there will be any dangerous ice around, because he comes back to check it himself and add salt when needed. I would highly recommend his services, and I am one who is very particular about the landscape, the trees, etc.

Earlier this week we suffered a great deal of tree damage from Hurricane Isaias. Huge branches fell off trees and landed in our driveway as well as on our roof. While I had never hired Felix Tree Service before, I was very impressed when he came to give me an estimate of possible tree trimming in the Spring and felt that I should wait until the late fall since we had beautiful tulips and flowering bushes that would probably be destroyed by the branches that would be falling on our yard. I couldn’t believe that someone would say that! How many tree guys do you know who would say call me when your flowers stop blooming?

While the hurricane was still active, I called Felix and asked if he might be able to come over the following day. I reminded him of his visit to our home a few months before. Felix was very kind but he told me that many of his long time customers had already called him to report their damages but he’d make every effort to drop by.

The following morning while I was working remotely, I noticed a man removing the huge branches that had been blocking our driveway. There were no trucks, just a car parked across the street. I went outside and it was Felix, working alone. He explained that his tree crews were all busy on much bigger jobs but he had promised to “ try to drop by” and he was keeping his word.. I asked if he could remove the branches on our roof. Felix laughed and said he had only brought his chain saw and didn’t have a ladder. Fortunately, we had one and he climbed up on the roof and began throwing more huge branches off and onto the ground. Then he yelled to me, “ call your insurance guy”! He pulled a huge branch out of the roof that had cut a hole through our shingles and the plywood. He photographed the damages and then went to his car to get a tarp. He apologized that while he had to get to another job, I needed to get someone to cover the hole to protect our interior from potential rain damage. He told me that his crew would return the following day to remove all the branches that he had carefully placed on our lawn. I could write another page on the amazing job his guys did when they returned ! I am sure we will need additional pruning as a result of the damages caused to the trees as a result of this storm. I told Felix that once he has some free time, I’d like him to once again look over our property. I feel confident that we are in the hands of a very rare and dedicated professional.
