My mother's boiler had finally gone out on us during the coldest part of winter, leaving her tenants miserable with no heat for days on end. We'd tried multiple technicians before, but nothing seemed to stick - two years of failed fixes, and still we were stuck with the same problem. That was until Kenny showed up. He got to work, rewiring the boiler and somehow managed to get it going again. The result? No heating issues for us at all, which is more than I can say for our previous attempts.
