As with any other good or service generally you get what you pay for. This lowest bidder is no exception. In this business the general condition of the service fleet is also a good indicator of the quality of service and the owners willingness to invest in the company. Rotted out and rusted through, the vehicles and equipment look like they should have been retired long ago.
But it’s really how the lawn care and landscaping goes. Grass is cut so short it burns every time. Due to their fast speed Zero turn turf mowers tear up the lawn at every turn. shrubs are pruned without any concern for healthy growth and then re-pruned sometimes the same day by a different crew.
Spring reseeding efforts used so little seed and no seed starting mulch that only a few blades took over a large area.
Everyone in the neighborhood has learned to close their garages when the crews are around.
All of the photos are of areas that were just recently re-seeded.
On the same day this season they fertilized then cut the grass.
I’m no landscaper, but they don’t seem to be either.
I cannot recommend this company.

*didn’t have any services from them* leaving this review about their employees. Thursday June 4th at around 5:10pm one of their chip trucks ran me off the road by Burger King on transit rd in williamsville causing me to swerve up onto the sidewalk and swerve again so I wouldn’t hit a telephone pole. Guy was merging into my lane without checking to see if there was a car in the other lane. Had my boyfriend call the number to let them know the situation and they were supposed to call us back but never did. Not sure why they have employees carelessly driving their trucks with equipment attached. Picture was taken at the Dairy Queen parking lot after I pulled out of Burger King needing to pull over again because I couldn’t believe what had happened.

They came the next day. He did an excellent job, there was no sign that a tree was ever there. The only thing I have to do is plant grass. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend them. The trees that were trimmed look great, the stumps are all gone and one tree was taken down and my yard is clean! Everything done was just perfect and I will definitely call them again. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I would like to give SJ ten stars instead of five stars. Steve loves and takes pride in his profession, which comes threw in his work. He also was the most reasonable priced. I live in a condo association and serve on the board. We needed 20 dead trees cut down and 5 more trimed All the board members, along with the unit owners were extremely satisfied. I know you will be just as satisfied as we were.

Steve and Brandon did a great job trimming our huge maple tree! They were efficient and thorough-and clean up was impeccable!

Honest, prompt and thorough with fair prices. The crew does a great job. We've had them do a number of removal jobs and I always say "like it never happened" when they're done. Highly recommend!
