Been ordering electrical supplies from them for over 20+ years and nothing has ever gone wrong. They deliver right to my shop and have always been friendly. They have even saved me a few times when I was in a pinch and needed things done in a timely manner.

Terrible customer service!!!! Went in early last Friday picked out fixtures, a bathtub, and vanity was told we should have a quote later that day or Saturday. Well I didn’t get a quote. Called Monday and was told the lady that helped us was off and I gave them my info again so I could get a call back the next day. Well no call back so I decided to call and got to talk to the lady that helped me. She had an attitude when I told her I still didn’t have a quote she coped an attitude with me and said I should have it later that day. I still do not have a quote and would never ever refer this company to anybody. I was willing to buy all my bathroom items from there.

I recently was a customer at Irr for some toilets. The staff are friendly and helpful. I did run into a little problem which wasn’t quite resolved, but I did appreciate their professionalism and their courtesy. Thank you to all.

Alpha mechanical was very quick their work was done well they were clean they got back to me right away and in the dead of winter in Buffalo New York they showed up within 2 hours to at least get me up and running and I came back after other emergencies and fixed me fix my he for my businesses they were awesome and a great value

Alpha Mechanical diagnosed my HVAC problems exactly and offered very affordable options. They were not pushing for the most profitable option for themselves and did maintain my best interest 100% of the time.

After installing my new furnace and AC unit, they willingly returned several times without charge, to satisfy my needs and answer every question to satisfaction.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received. I have since referred them to friends and family who have received the exact same treatment.

Do not have them do any electrical work. He drilled right through my wall to the outside of my house! There was a hole right through my siding!!
