Pablo was quick, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough

I needed a valve replaced in my stove and it wasn’t an easy job. A few other places I called either told me to buy a new stove, or, their fee was so high I might as well have bought a new stove.

Pablo, however, found and ordered the replacement part and gave me an (accurate!) estimate within 15 minutes. I felt very confident sending him a deposit on the part and the work in advance.

As soon as the part arrived, he let me know, and he came over and fixed it.

I highly recommend Late Appliance to anyone in the area.

Ask for Pablo Cruz. He found my dead and brought it back to life in 1 hour. His 25 years in the industry is why he found and solved the problem quick. He had the tools and parts ready. No going back to the shop and scheduling another appointment. Prepared like a real professional. My formally broken down fridge is like new now. And Pablo wasn’t “late” by the way. He was on time.

Pablo is the complete professional who takes his work seriously. He is very knowledgeable and will never overcharge or take advantage like others when your appliance stops working. He is also punctual and completes the job regardless of the time spent. He is the best.

I'm glad I found Pablo at Late Appliance Repair! My LG oven was leaking gas, and someone in a local Facebook group recommended him. After calling a couple people, he gave me a quote that was very competitive and was able to visit the next day. His communication via phone and text message was excellent — he called when he was on his way with an accurate window for arrival time. I love that he guarantees his work for a year. I'll definitely keep his number on had for any future appliance issues.
