I caught one of their employees on camera taking from my bedroom. They denied any wrongdoing, showing a complete lack of professionalism. They repeatedly lied to me about what happened. They consistently showed up late or not at all. When another heating and cooling company arrived and fixed the issue in 10 minutes, Takishas couldn't even get it right - they needed new parts and the bill was outrageous. Their unprofessionalism is staggering. I strongly advise against using this company's services.
