I hired Cruz and Son’s to waterproof my basement to prevent future flooding. After years of my basement flooding during heavy rain, Cruz and Son’s has solved my flooding issue.

Cruz and Son's Construction provides exceptional service. They waterproofed the back of my house, installed two large dry wells underneath the backyard, as well as a pump system to draw water away from the house.

They did such a fantastic job that we hired them again to install pavers and new vinyl fencing around the perimeter of my back yard.

They are not done until the job is to you standard and beyond, even if it means needing to come an extra day. In my case sheet rocking, taping, compounding and sanding. Juan and his men swapped out wooden columns in my basement for steel ones. They did an excellent job even the city inspector was impressed. They come on time and do not make you wait. I recommend them for all indoor and outdoor construction.

Cruz & Son's just re-finished our entire basement. They came in when the basement was down to the studs and left us with a fully-finished and clean basement. We hired Juan for garbage removal from our basement Reno. He was the best price we were quoted on so we moved forward and he was excellent!! He was responsive and prompt and removed all the rubble from our garage. I wish we took an after photo but he did about 3 trips to remove garbage and old appliances. Thank you Juan!

Cruz and sons did an amazing job on my exterior walls water proofing. The job was done fast and done correctly. I also had them do my back yard steps made of blue stone. My next project would be to make the back patio the whole area with blue stone pavers, they will be called for that task. Finally I had a lingering Sheetrock, painting project that I need to complete and Cruz and Sons came to the rescue.
