Needed a trusted contractor to gut renovate my whole house and my parents nearby in Westchester. Spark took care of it top to bottom and gave me a very good price to top it off. Work was clean and didn’t need to babysit the workers. If you need anything done look no further than spark don’t waste your time from anyone else.

Very professionally did the repair , I had issues with my roof as it was all rusted and leakage issues , I was told by several contractors that I will need entire new roof with high cost which I wasn't able to afford at this point , I was referred by my friend to spark they gave me very reasonable price fix all the leakage that was destroying the interior , replace properly what was needed to , my house roof looks like brand new now with affordable means , I must say they know what they are doing , very friendly staff but knowledgeable , I must recommend to any one who needs to get their roof work done. Spark can create miracles .

Very happy with the restoration/ repair of a very old stair banister that had become unstable. Luiz also added an additional railing that matched the antique railing beautifully. From estimate to repair they completed the job in less than 24 hrs. Overall excellent service.

Shan and his team recently sealed the foundation at our house. The water line and sewer pipe enter the house in the basement and we were experiencing leaking around both pipes.

We had engaged a different company previously and their solution did not stop the leaking for more than a couple months. Shan was able to identify the mistakes that company had made and correct them.

What I liked best about Shan was his responsiveness. He always answered calls and texts. He was forthcoming with pricing. His team was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Spark if you need foundation repairs.

The guys at Spark Restoration have gotten me out of numerous roof leak issues over the years. We recently hired them to apply a silicone roof sealant on a building's roof and so far we have been free of leaks. I just had a serious roof leak from a frozen, burst pipe in our building, and it was causing a lot of water damage. Spark Restoration came out right away, and as a restoration contractor they knew exactly what to do. They stopped the leak fast, handled all the water damage, did full water remediation, and made sure the area was safe and dry.

They also got a plumber out immediately to fix the burst pipe and make sure everything was working. They handled the whole situation from start to finish and made us feel really secure the whole time. I’d recommend Spark Restoration for any water damage, restoration work, roof repair, leak repair, or emergency roofing they’re just all around good people!

Spark restoration did an amazing job with our backyard renovation project. Our backyard is on a sloping hill with a lot of trees and bushes covering a bunch of our lot. The patio was also very old and small and backyard was not usable for any events.

Ahsan Ranjha from Spark restoration provided an excellent plan to level up the backyard, restore the patio, install a bench and decorative pillars and lamps, and install more than a 140 ft of retaining wall that is as high as 6 ft on one side of the house. We now have an amazing backyard, almost 100 ft by 45 ft in size, covers the entire lot and increased the size of usable space by almost 40%. The project has been completed in the winter, but it is going to look brilliant in the spring and summer time. Mr. Ranjha’s team completed the whole project in 3 weeks and provided many improvements that we had not even thought of. His team relocated some precious trees around the property, trimmed branches that were obstructing and generally cleaned up overgrowth to make everything look nice and clean.

They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for any home renovations and construction projects.

Spark Restoration did an excellent job on our structural brick wall repair and masonry restoration. This wasn’t cosmetic — it was a true structural project with severe cracking and failing brickwork. Their team followed all proper precautions and procedures, safely shoring and stabilizing the wall before beginning reconstruction.

The damaged masonry was carefully removed, reinforced, and rebuilt with perfectly matched brick and mortar. The quality of the structural masonry repair, brick replacement, and repointing was top-tier.
