Contractor reviews in Yonkers, New York

I watched the fuller house while my phone was charging

Billy and his crew are great 👍

Great place to shop for your bath needs.

. . . Great plumbers & super customer service letting you know their availability!!!

Knowledgeable experts with fair prices. My family has used them multiple times over the years.

Job was completed . Clogged sink.
Price was exorbitant . They charge by the quarter hour which should be your first indication.
I clocked them on the time and head plumber said they got there at one time but my camera caught another time.

It would be nice to speak to the customer and tell them up front. Hey there is an extra charge. While, their stance was they were just going to fix. A clogged drain should not cost 400 dollars. Even with the most minor repairs of what a snake does.

Customer be ware.

Yet again, one cashier

Salesman are slow to ask if needed any help, supervising has attitude when ask question.

These employees are so poorly trained. Never in my life have I had to deal with so much drama to get things done right.

I am not giving this store five stars, please read.

I am giving five stars for Stacy from the plumbing department. By far the most helpful person I have ever met at any Home Depot and probably any retail store in general. She’s super knowledgeable, friendly and she really seems to love her job! They should have Stacy teach a course to the rest of the employees here.

I think my dad and I asked Stacy ten questions about plumbing. She answered all of them and her smile didn’t fade away. Not only this store, but the world in general needs more people like her. Thank you Stacy.

If you have ANY PLUMBING QUESTION, don’t hesitate, GO TO STACY. She’s the best.
