General Contractor reviews in Yonkers, New York

They came to the house… said they would provide an estimate and never called or came back to get the additional measurements they wanted or needed to give us an idea on costs and time frame. Have to chase them down for any response and have just given up trying to get them to come back.

I awarded this company a bid to build a deck. 8 months of going back and forth trying to get it built they tell me that they made a mistake on the original quote. They read the blueprint wrong and for them to go forward it will be an additional 6k. Maybe my deck was in the way of a bigger project. It was a waste of my time. I would not recommend them.

Dave Halperin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He also is multifaceted when it comes to fine wood work. I live in Grand View on Hudson, where the homes are special and need TLC from experts like those at CCW.

Dave and his team were wonderful to work with. We met with several contractors for our new deck and Dave was recommended by our architect. He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! We've already recommended Dave to another friend and would happily use him again for future relevant work.

My sister-in-law in Italy noticed my recent social media posts and told my husband it's clear Natalie is in love with her new home…
As a co-op owner, I needed contractors familiar with the apartment alteration approval process. BIT Construction demonstrated professionalism and dedication, transforming my outdated apartment into a beautiful home. With two decades of real estate experience, I highly recommend their services for seamless renovations. Their team is knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled. Let BIT Construction help you love your home too.

I wholeheartedly endorse Bit Construction for their exceptional work ethic and dedication.Their work surpassed my expectations. I have no regrets, fair price, job well done.

Very professional and did a great job on my kitchen. Mr. Star was very knowledgeable. Will definitely hire for future projects.

Had bathroom remodel they did a fantastic job showed up everyday and cleaned up before they left for the night. Would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Hired them recently to work on a bathroom renovation. They were very transparent and punctual of the entire process. Truthfully had amazing attention to detail at an affordable price too. Looking to work with them again for my kitchen soon!

I couldn’t be happier with the work BIT Construction did in my bathroom. The tile work came out absolutely amazing, clean, precise, and was beautifully done. The attention to detail really shows, and the whole space feels brand new. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality
professional finish.

On my way to work right now but Bit Construction recently completed a very extensive kitchen and floor remodel on my home in Middle Village. I haven’t had the time to write this up but I really do have to give credit for the work that was done. From start to finish they were professional, transparent and honest about all work and costs. They were extremely easy to communicate with, fast response times. They completed the job on time and on budget. The quality of their work is outstanding. The team they have to plan, engineer, and manage the project is truly fantastic. I absolutely love the new and beautiful spaces that were created in the home. I highly recommend Bit Construction for any of your needs in remodeling and construction. I can’t wait to work with them in the near future on some of my other projects. Outstanding!!!!!!

It's always a pleasure working the people at Yonkers Contracting Co.

I don't know how they did it but they managed to make getting through Norwalk even more miserable.

The worst repair work i ever seen the work on Rt.95 instead of patching the road they added speed bumps, the paving in mamaroneck is so bad they have to grind it to make it some what smooth who approves this shotty work they should be fired and made to give back the bribe they took to approve it. It proves how incompetent and corrupt are goverment officials are nothing but taxpayers money wasted again. PS the road will never be right mark my words. They will be working on this for yrs making millions.

This people are useless they have no clue what they doing
They can not finished simple project in CT 95
Already 2 years
Every time when I am driving they just standing doing nothing
They supposed to have somebody to watch them but looks like they just wasting our money what we paying

Great job on last minute jobs and clean up!

Get these guys off 95 they literally shutdown 3 miles (between exit 8 to exit 17) for no reason. The only people on site were the drivers redirecting traffic to 2 lanes with absolutely bo work being done. Of all times too these guys don’t work overnight get them out of CT and off I95.
