The woman they sent spent the entire time on the phone. Vacuuming wasn't done, dusting was hit or miss. After contacting company for a discount because I had to essentially clean my house again, they cited "human error" and only allowed a 15% discount. Really disappointing and quite unprofessional.

Appreciate the great work they have done to my house recently. The reasonable price that they offered allowed me to schedule an appointment every 2months because of the kind of kids i got running around the house.

This cleaner was accommodating when it came to scheduling but a bit overpriced for the initial deep clean, especially because I did not get a deep clean whatsoever. Areas in the bathroom and kitchen still had dirt and grime. It was my own fault for not thoroughly checking before The cleaner left but I had just assumed that she would do the job. Maybe if she had stayed off her phone she could have been more focused. As she was cleaning my refrigerator she must have turned off the knob. my refrigerator was working fine before she was there. Even though this was an accident it cost me hundreds of dollars of spoiled food and supplements that need to be refrigerated. I did not notice this until the next morning because after she had left, I left for work since I work a night shift. I noticed the next morning when everything was warm in my refrigerator. I am a very understanding person but mistakes like this can cost people greatly and I will never be returning these cleaners and to my home ever again

This cleaning service is really awesome and not to mention professional. They were reffered to me by a friend about a month ago, finally decided to give them a try and now I have a once a month cleaning subscription. Great job guys and gals, keep it up!

Amazing company ran by professionals. They informed me when they were on their way and when they arrived at my gate. I highly recommend Maidpro of Fleetwood. I never thought i would sign up for cleaning on a ongoing basis but they came highly recommend through a friend and i decided to give them a try. Due to their professionalism and flexibility I now have a reoccurring service with Maidpro and very pleased with the services they provide.

We hired maidpro for a post construction cleaning. After we moved in I noticed some areas still required cleaning so I called maidpro and they sent two people over the next day to go over anything that was missed. Very happy with the customer service.

I’ve had way better cleaning service. Dishes were left undone after I advise to put them in the dishwasher and doors / walls not wiped, garbage not taken out. And there were 2 cleaners. And no offense these were kids, not professional cleaners of any kind... their job in my home reflects that. I sent pictures to the manager and she pretty much said too bad. For $200!!!??? No thank you never again be aware

The cleaners from MaidPro, Johanna and Erin, were extremely pleasant and polite. They did a great job and were very efficient about their work.

So far, so good! I am having nothing but good experiences with them. Seems like maybe there is a new management team, and they are great. They call me the day before and remind me they are coming, which for a scatterbrain like me, its great! and they check in on me after every clean, I love that. They have this long list they leave with my every time, and the place is spotless. Everyone is sooo nice, and they gave me my own personal representative so I dont have to call some 888 number and get frustrated being xferred to 100 people, can't speak highly enough, love these guys.
