I was very disappointed with the lack of organization of Michael, the owner of the company. First he sent the cleaner on the wrong day, then he didn't show up on the corrected day. I have no idea if his company has good cleaners or not because with that level of disorganization and lack of communication, I realized it was better to search elsewhere.

I contacted him at the last minute to clean a runner carpet in my apartment and he showed up very quickly and did an excellent job I HIGHLY recommend him! And will definitely continue to call him for any further assistance!

Have worked with Halo Capret Services twice now. Thing I appreciate most is their responsiveness. Scheduling and cleaning happened very promptly.

Staff is professional and respect the house.

I bought A co-op and halo carpet services were contracted to clean the carpets .Michael the owner, asked if there were any specific problem areas, I told him the edging around the molding.
Michael the owner, asked for cash, he was paid cash ,did not give a receipt.

The edging of the molding was not cleaned the overall carpet cleaning took about the same time to eat one slice of pizza and he was finished .
It looked the same after it was cleaned as it did before.

We were out $ 200.00 and it looked the same.

Michael did not try to remedy the situation .He said that soot around the molding can’t be cleaned , ( he didn’t say that when I hired him).

but I took spic and span and it came clean around the molding, therefore it was never cleaned.

Mike and the crew are great. Professional, easy to work with and will do their best to make room for you in their busy schedule. They clean sofas, mattresses, carpets, rugs, etc and they’ll be honest about what they can do to help. Very reasonable prices as well. Thanks guys!! 😊🙏🏼

These guys were amazing and wonderful! I called and scheduled an appointment within two weeks on a Saturday, they arrived on time, they were so pleasant and professional, and did an amazing job laying a VERY heavy carpet, moving furniture, and doing the whole house- I would use them again in a heartbeat! they were outstanding, I have never had such an amazing job done.

Halo did a perfect job cleaning my couch. They service was great and the guy was really good. They got there on time and stayed till every stain was removed. I will definitely recommend their service.

Scott arrived promptly to clean two area rugs. He was very professional and courteous of my furniture. He was thorough and warned me that one of my rugs may not be dry until tomorrow, but it dried in about 6 hours. Both rugs look great! He even got out a stain that had been pestering me for years. I hired Halo to clean my daughters rugs on 4th street in Manhattan and when I saw the job they did I was amazed. I thought the rugs were beyond being cleaned, they were matted down and dirty. Halo rug cleaners came in and did a phenomenal job for a very fair price and when they were done I could not believe how vibrant and beautiful the rugs looked. Halo Carpet cleaning was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Mike, the owner, was very interested in making sure we were a satisfied customer. There was a difficult area (heavy traffic area) of the carpet that I asked him to come back to touch up. No complaints at all and he scheduled a return visit without an additional cost. His worker and Mike were great to work with and I am pleased I retained their services.
