Excellent and punctual service, there were no issues with instillation inside and outside of the house. I highly recommend having your HVAC installed by Gree Mechanical Yonkers. Everything was tested post instillation and was further verified after a few days of use.

The service that they have provided was amazing, the installation was a seamless process I was able to get the heat pumps installed into my entire house within a matter of 2 and a half days. Great services and great prices. I got 9 total units installed for my multi-family home. I used this company with Con Edison’s rebate program and they explained the process clearly. I would highly recommend. They were fair and were able to accommodate to
my budget. Condensers outside are quiet and work completed looks very neat.

The team at Midea Mechanical Corp did the central heating and cooling conversion for my home. The job took 3 days and they were able to remove my existing heating systems boiler and oil tank. The team installed the new system with great attention to detail, and the systems work incredibly. They are quicker and more energy efficient heating compared to boiler. Easy interface, with designated remotes and an app to control the units. Great staff, who were here on time and provided quality work, great communication, reasonable and great prices. I’m very happy with the installation and I recommend it to anyone who is considering doing it for their home.

I requested an estimate for a heat pump installation, spoke to them several times, made clear that I had to travel a significant distance to meet them, and waited 1.5 weeks for a 10am appointment — just to be certain. The morning of the appointment, while I’m in the car heading to meet them, they cancel. The only explanation was “he said he has to go to the Bronx now.” They try to reschedule for yet another week out. No thanks. If this is how they treat me when I’m trying to give them business, I can’t imagine how I’d be treated once they already have my money. Thanks for wasting my time.

Iam extremely unhappy and frustrated with the customer service provided by Gree Mechanical. It’s been approximately 1 yr since I had 8 mini split heat pumps installed in my home. I’ve had issues with the workmen who required oversight to ensure the cleanliness of my home was preserved and damage did not occur. The work done was haphazard and unprofessional. A tripping hazard was created in my basement when my boiler was decommissioned. When I complained I was told I shouldn’t worry because it’s the basement. Responses to problems are not handled promptly if at all. Frequently calls are not returned and the business owners are unavailable when calls are answered. Solutions offered to rectify problems with the malfunctioning of one the units I purchased are inadequate leaving me with a unit that is useless with no recourse. I’ve been waiting over 2 months to have one of the other units purchased repaired. More recently phone calls are unanswered with calls going directly to voicemail. Text messages are unanswered as well.
Do not be misled by the pleasant nature of Simon and his brother. This business should not be approved by Con Edison as a reputable company for insallation of mini split heat pumps that qualifies for the rebate Con Edison offers. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects high quality professional service!

Absolutely unresponsive since the day the installers left and cannot hold the contractor to any warranty or word. Have been trying to connect with the owner or any company official, via phone and email - no response for more than 8 months.
