To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this company unless you have some buffer time for scheduling. In an emergency situation, though, I think it's best to look elsewhere.

I took their advice and eventually contacted another firm, which sent a competent technician to fix my air conditioner two months after I first reached out to American HVACR. It was clear that this company is not reliable or trustworthy.
