Yesterday, an exterior water pipe burst, flooding a room, the living room, and even the garage. I contacted Garay early in the morning as an emergency, and he arrived in less than two hours to make the repair. Later, while we were out, another heat water line in a different room burst. I called him around 8 PM, and even though it was late, he came and fixed it so we wouldn’t have to sleep in the cold. He fixed two heat water pipe and one exterior water pipe. Now, the hot water lines are all working perfectly. I highly, highly recommend Garay Mendoza for his hard work and dedication, from early morning to late at night!

The tech who showed up was professional, threw down a drop cloth before doing anything, and had the leak traced to a corroded shutoff valve within about ten minutes. He walked me through what needed to happen, gave me a straight price up front with no surprises tacked on later, and had the whole thing swapped out and tested in under an hour. What sold me was that he also noticed my water heater was venting a little oddly and mentioned it without pressuring me to book anything right then, just said to keep an eye on it and call if I wanted it looked at down the road. Clean work, fair pricing, and they actually respect your house while they're in it. I've already saved their number and passed it along to two neighbors!

Walks in, takes one look, shuts the water off, starts fixing it. Knew exactly what the problem was. Didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing where the shutoff valve was. Just handled it. Replaced the busted pipe. Checked the rest of the lines under there while he was at it. Had everything dry and working in about an hour. Fair price too. No weekend markup nonsense, no hidden fees, just what he quoted. Clean worker. Left the cabinet cleaner than he found it. Saved my floors. Saved my weekend. Saved my sanity. If you need a plumber in the area, just call these guys. Ask for Tony if he's around.

We woke up to some squeaking floors in the morning and had Westchester Plumbers come over give us an idea of what’s happening. It could’ve gone way worse but we found the kitchen faucet leaking so they repaired the pipe and dried out everything and now everything back to normal. Thankfully they arrived fairly quickly otherwise it would’ve been worse

Shawn and his colleague are experts on drainage surgery. My kitchen drainage was blocked up and it is up and running efficiently again. These “doctors” performed excellent surgery.

Came through for a kitchen drain that was backing up late at night. Came for an emergency service and was able to take care of the issue. Very happy they were able to handle it last minute.

These 5 star reviews must be bogus. These guys are ripoff scam artists. I used them based on these reviews. As soon as they show. The clock starts ticking. They drag their feet and milk the clock. Their rates are ridiculous. Over charged for mediocre service. Stay away.
