123 HVAC installed my whole house central air conditioning system 7 years ago. They came in at the cheapest price, did’t have one issue during the installation and haven’t had an issue in 7 years. I get it serviced once a year otherwise haven’t put any additional money into it. They also answered a middle of the night heating emergency for a family member.

I had an issue with my Alpine Burnham Boiler for over a year. I had tried several contractors whom all were unable to locate the problem. I then went onto the Apline Burnham Boiler Comany's website where they list specialists in my area who work on these types of systems and got in touch with Anthony at 123 HVAC. He came to my home, both texted and called one half hour before, and worked on my system for over two hours and took care of the year long problem. It was a pleasure meeting Anthony and I'm a VERY satisfied homeowner and now customer of 123 HVAC and will have them service my system moving forward. I highly recommend them.

Anthony saved my life last year. Another company told me I needed to replace my entire system and then Anthony came and within 30 seconds told me it’s not the case. He changeD the capacitor that had burned out and we were up and running.
Yesterday when the air died again he was there within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had us regoing in a half hour!
He’s the best AC man we’ve had in 35 years!

Good work but VERY expensive. He added a dye to my unit and charged an extra $169.48 without consulting with me first. My unit also only takes 6lbs and 4oz of refrigerant and he charged me for 7lbs.
Also had an appointment the day before between 10am and 2pm. I waited all day and he called me at 1:55pm to reschedule for the following day.

Relocated thermostat. Took unit apart inspected everything. Excellent repairman who is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need reliable, honest and friendly this is the company and Steve Porco is the repairman. One of the few times I felt like I got what I paid for. Thanks for the great experience.
