Joe came over the same day to help me out with a completely clogged kitchen drain. I got text updates throughout the day about his arrival. He showed up on time about 8pm after working all day. He had my drain running and clear within an hour. He snaked the entire pipe from sink to septic outlet. He's professional and he's a gentleman. He has a new customer for life. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly, highly recommended.

My techs Will and Jose were great. Fast response, friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to diagnose the issue I has with a backed up pipe, and remedied it quickly.

I was seeking a reliable plumber after discovering a leak coming through my basement ceiling.
I saw positive reviews online for Pipe Wizard and I took a chance. I have no regrets! Turns out, the problem was more severe than expected and we needed an entire pipe replacement. Rich and his guys were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. The cost was fair, especially for the size of the job. Plus, they offer several payment options and arrangements. The two gentlemen who handled the job worked quickly and were very respectful of our time and our home. They really went above and beyond, especially when it came to working with my senior citizen parents.They even offered free cleaning service to handle the mess! Overall, my family and I were extremely pleased and will be choosing Pipe Wizard again in the future.

Joe is a master! He does precision work! He came in a time of need and FAR SURPASSED our expectations. Very honest and straightforward in diagnosing the problem. He was willing to go the extra mile for us.

I wanted to install a new vanity in my bathroom, so I called Pipe Wizard to have someone come and give me an estimate. Talked to Christa in the office who was so customer friendly, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out. Saki and Mike were great, they gave me numbers on the spot, and I am now scheduled to have my new vanity installed next week. Thanks for the great work guys!

Santino was professional and efficient when he came to take a look at our drain. The confirmation system that Pipe Wizard uses is top notch. They send you a text when they are on the way and a picture of the person who is doing the service call. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Great service!!

It’s clear why Pipe Wizard has so many 5 stars reviews! Joe and his team were professional, super fast, reliable, and very trustworthy. The town told us we had to fix our drainage issue due to a backed up drain pipe on our property. Joe personally came and spent hours cleaning out years of environmental debris to get things moving along again! He was also such a great sport about getting sprayed with mud during the process! :) we would definitely hire him again… for all projects big and small!

We have a leak that has been hard to identify and everyone from Pipe Wizard has been more than helpful, professional and efficient. I am highly satisfied with the whole process. I really appreciate communicating with Jenny at the office as she has a very positive attitude and is very pleasant. All plumbers that we have met so far have all been very polite, effective and professional. Would highly recommend!

Joe was great! I appreciated the updates on what timeframe he’d show up and when he was on the way. He fixed my plumbing concerns and then some. He also gave recommendations on what else I could do to prevent further issues at various price points. Definitely recommend !!

Their home service plan where you pay a flat fee and get a package of maintainance or whatever is a big joke it's a scam, stay clear of this overrated company

Joe and his team are great and thorough. Joe made sure the work was done right and worked tirelessly until it was completed to his satisfaction. They changed out an old compact water and heat combination unit, including pipe reconfiguration to the new unit. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely be calling Mr. Plumber/Pipe Wizard back for future projects!

Update: I have called Pipe Wizard now for additional work multiple times. And each time, their service is the best! They are knowledgeable, thorough, explanatory and personable.

Jose and Wilfredo were great! The sink in my upstairs bathroom was making a squeaking noise every time I turned it on, and the guys were able to fix the issue in no time. The ladies in the office were also great and very responsive, I was able to be scheduled for a next day appointment! Thank you Pipe Wizard!

Had some hiccups with a tankless water heater installation but Joe and Santino both did everything they could to address the situation.

Joe deserves a special shout out. The man really never sleeps. He made sure my family had hot water while he troubleshooted, then worked into the twilight hours to get my installation up and running. Now everything works wonderfully. Fantastic plumber and all around great guy. Thanks man.

These men are great! The reviews dont lie. They were able to find the problem and was able to fix my pipe. There were 3 of them and all friendly and answered all the questions I asked and even went above and beyond of what was expected of them to do. Special mention to Saki, he was very helpful and honest and helped me ease my anxiety. Would definitely recommend!

Joe is professional, honest, neat and does excellent work. He is very knowledgeable and that knowledge and expertise goes beyond plumbing.
