What a great local small business! We are so pleased at the results. They were able to get all the areas we had concerns about cleaned. All the buildup over the fall in winter, Bugs, Dirt, Spider nests were all cleaned. The house is looking brand new again. The guys were super easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

I hired Spotless 716 to power wash my mother's house. Mike was extremely professional, quick to respond with a price and got the job done quickly as well. I trusted that they could do the job and left them to it. A few hours later I came back and it was a brand new house. Looked as it did when it was newly sided. You don't even realize how dirty the place is until after they've cleaned it. I've already got Spotless 716 looking at more jobs to do for me as soon as the weather permits.

On 7/1/24, Mike & Mike teamed-up to do a wonderful job soft-cleaning the Vinal Siding on my relatively large, two story house. They first spray on a cleaning solution, then wash it off with a final rinse, and I couldn't ask for more, because the house is now sparkling!

Long story short, I would definatly have them back again!😁
