The last guy there was locking up when I pulled in. He opened back up,sold me the right capacitor and my A/C was back up and running. Without him this 97 degree day would of been a hot night of trying to sleep.THANKS!

I bought over 1000 dollars in materials for a job, when the job was finished I returned a few things. Well now here it is 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my refund money. You'd think a major company would keep some money on hand. Other than that the place is great.

If you live in the Pinehurst/Moore county area, I would highly recommend The Heating and Air Guys. On Saturday, our AC compressor shorted out and after one phone call, they were here in 15 minutes. Professional, responsive, and diagnosed the issue quickly.

This was absolutely PHENOMENAL service. It was after 5 pm when our air when out. I called and the service tech came immediately. He was such a great guy and beyond helpful. Fixed the problem perfectly and even followed up. Not to mention very reasonable. This is our go to company from here on out for any HVAC needs!
