We had an issue with our oil furnace. Hunter showed up and was kind, knowledgeable, and showed me everything he was doing. He was at our home for three or so hours doing a thorough inspection and job on making sure everything was fixed for it to run properly. I’m very pleased and will be requesting him for any further issues in the future.

Webb Heating and Air has been our go-to company to take care of our HVAC needs for years. We trust them completely. Their technicians are always friendly, professional and timely. Their office staff is always kind and as accommodating as they can be. Juan, our technician for the recent fall planned service, took his time in making sure our two systems were performing as they should be to safely and securely get us through the upcoming six month period of colder weather.

Barry, the technician did a great job. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Made an appointment and Barry was there in less then an hour. I call that very quick service and responsive. I would recommend Webb.

Chris B went above and beyond. Found a piece that most would not know about b/c of my specific unit and turned out it was close to really causing issues in future if not replaced. Polite. Kind. Patient. Punctual. Highly recommend.

Dismantling our old system and installing the new one in our crawlspace with low headroom required herculean effort, but the Webb team was equal to it and stayed on task even when a preexisting drainage problem complicated matters. Kudos to the team for keeping their sense of dedication (and humor) until all was resolved. Would use Webb again.

Webb H/A installed a mini-split unit in my garage. Josh was nice and polite, very professional and knowledgeable. Upon completion he explained how the remote control worked and gave me the paperwork which included a hard copy of the procedure manual which I appreciated. I would recommend Webb to anyone!
