Phenomenal service!!! Our backyard had been neglected for years and was very overgrown. Jim cleared all the overgrowth easily and was very considerate of the trees we wanted to keep. I will definitely be recommending Old Goat Land Services to everyone I know!

Old Goat worked tirelessly and efficiently to remove trees that fell into my backyard and over my fence. It was so hot and humid outside and they were such troopers. They were so nice and kind to me. I appreciated them so much. Thank you team.

I had Lee come out and level out my gravel driveway using his land plane grading scraper tool. I was very impressed with how well this tool leveled my driveway and filled in the low spots. Highly recommend Advance Tractor Services.

Mr. Downey is one of a kind. My driveway was a complete mess, full of potholes, ruts, mud, etc. Once he finished, it looked brand new. He was even cheaper than his estimate! I come across ATS as a referral to roto-till my garden spot. It was a new location so I wanted tilled, not just plowed. Lee came with all the proper equipment and done a great job, actually a better job than I expected. When he was done, the spot was perfect, simple to work and plant with basic hand tools. Price was also very reasonable, since he had a little travel involved, I will use him again next year!

We have been very satisfied with the work done by Lee and ATS as they have come out several times to level & recondition our driveway. We live on a steep hill and therefore have frequent water damage on our driveway after heavy storms. Lee and ATS have been great to come out frequently and have done a very good job leveling/reconditioning our driveway and have added additional side drainage to help reduce future water damage to our driveway. We would highly recommend Lee and ATS for anyone needing future tractor services.
