I recently had a whole house generator installed by Mabry's Electrical. I was very pleased with the project from start to finish. Andrea did an excellent job of keeping me well informed about the work schedule and appointments. The technicians were on time and I was impressed with the quality of their work. The entire team from Johnnie on down are friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Maybry's for your electrical needs.

Sergio and Matthew from Mabry's were AWESOME! Very professional and responsive. They ran electric to my shed and it has been a game changer. They also installed two outdoor outlets and ran power for a lamp post. Everything has been working great!

We also got several quotes for running electric to the shed prior to choosing Mabry's, and they were by far the best value. Could not be happier that we went with them.

Mabry's has done 2 jobs for 2 different commercial properties of ours. They are very responsive and do quality work. Will use them again for our electrical needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Ashley and Austin service my Generac generator today. They had no issues with getting it back online, but what I was particularly impressed with was their attitude and willingness to field multiple phone calls with questions I had. If they're the face of your company, you won't have to worry about your business doing well. In these times of attitudes and entitlement, working with Mabry's has been a breath of fresh air!!!

Candice, Ashley, and Sergio were our "dream team" this past week! I called and talked to Candice, she arranged that a team of Mabry electricians could come assess our issue. Once that was done by that same afternoon, the repair was set in motion. Johnston County permits were obtained by Ashley the next morning. Duke Power came out and dropped service so the electricians could replace our aged meter box and panel. By the time I got home from work that afternoon Duke Power was connecting service to our house and all was good! Mabry Electrical Service is our "go-to" now for any electrical or generator needs going forward!

You will not be dissapointed with their Service. They have service our Generac for several years, One Year when a hurricane was headed our way in the next 20 24
hours, Our Genx stop running. In the pouring rain they came out. I felt sorry for them. the weather was terrible. Mabrys is a great company.. I would recommand the to anyone and have. Our neighbor had one put in .

I absolutely love this company. This last job they did required the bending of conduit for a nice finished look. They did an amazing job. The look is neat and clean. They have been at my house on several occasions and every time they have been professional, on time, efficient, friendly and very helpful. They have always done a great job and been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not that I am hoping for more work for them to do, but I know that I will not hesitate to call them when I do. Thank you to Daniel and his team. Top notch for sure

Poor customer service. Poor communication. A complete FAILURE of/to their commitment to their customers. Three different people told me three different things about the service. They refused to service my generator after the part was ordered and they received it. Waited a week with no call to schedule appointment. After calling and asking what the status was on the appointment scheduling, was told they were trying to schedule to combine service in the area. Waited for call and never got one. When I called again, I was told they were waiting for parts for another customer in the area and it would be a few more days. The owner called said his company would not service me due to distance and left me high and dry without a working generator. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend using this company for ANY types of service. So if they were going to service another customer in the area, why is it to far to service me?
Again, I would NOT recommend this company for ANY type of service or work.
